Special Events & Promotions: La Petite Grocery offers a Bar Happy Hour - Tuesday through Saturday from 5:30pm-6:30pm: $5 featured cocktail and $5 house wine by the glass. Plus, daily small plates created by our award-winning Chef Justin Devillier are only $3-$6. Stop in Tuesday through Saturday from 5:30-6:30pm and enjoy! {Please note: only available at the BAR. "This was our first time at La Petite Grocery and we were extremely happy with our experience. Not only did they accomodate an additional person added to our reservation at the last minute on St. Patrick's Day, but the service was excellent and the food was amazing. We will definitely be back on our next trip to New Orleans."

"Our waiter was extremely knowledgable regarding the menu and the wine list. He picked both our champaigne to start as I was unfamiliar with the selectins as well as the bottle of pinot we had with dinner. The food choices were amazing with the typical french knack of preparing a small dish with large flavors. We were enjoying a birthday clebration that evening and I called ahead and the desserts were preented with canldes for the birthday celebs. Very accomodating, we will visit again when we return to NOLA."

"We were visiting New Orleans and we had read about the James Beard nomination for this restaurant and we thought that we would try it. The staff is very nice and the food is very good. It's a limited menu, like most of the farm to table restaurants, but the preparation was very good, but overall it didn't seem very creative. By the way, it's about a $20 cab ride from the French Quarter and it takes about 20 minutes to get there."

"Second visit, both times food was exceptional with service to match. Regional cuisine modified to add flair/interest. Noise level the first time was to the point we could not hold a conversation at a 4-top table, but the Mayor and his entourage were dining. This time much better, lower key."
