Diner Reviews
  • "I have visited Jing many times over the last several years. It is consistently good. The menu changes occasionally but not drastically. The Kobe Burger is top notch which you wouldn't expect from an Asian restaurant. Lots of good seafood choices too."

  • "Watermelon salad is over-the-moon. Service is always good. Sea brass is consistently great."

  • "Jing has one of the most diverse and interesting menus in town. Everything from sushi to steak to interesting seafood dishes. Great appetizers also. Sometimes the kitchen doesn't deliver quite as good a product as it looks on paper but it's still a quality place."

  • "What a wonderful place to start a date and enjoy a relaxing and very tasty dinner."

  • "This was my first time in but it definitely won't be my last. The service was excellent, our server knew his menu and was able to make intelligent recommendations. He talked me into the lamb chops. The were superb! Some of the best I have ever had. Everything was great and the staff was wonderful. We'll be back."

  • "Went on a Monday night for our anniversary. Food was excellent. Service was very good. Wasn't real busy. Would go back again but will probably go for lunch (unless it's a special occasion) as it is very pricey."

  • "We love Jing! Typically, we enjoy having 1 sushi roll, and then several shared plates; each served separately. Love the atmosphere and the menu."

  • "We had a delightful experience at Jing Saturday night. Food was very good and the service was outstanding. Our waitress went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. Wew will definitely head back there again."

  • "My boyfriend and I first went to Jing during Restaurant week. We absolutely loved it. We went back this past week and still had a pleasant experience. Food is great and it is just a great restaurant for a romantic quiet date. There is a noisier bar area to one side and to the other side is a calm and quiet seating area where they have a few romantic booths for a date night. The ambiance in there is just so quiet and romantic. When you are in your booth, you feel as if you are in your own world. It is a little pricey, but for a nice romantic date night or special occasion night, I definitely recommend Jing to all my friends."

  • "My husband and I went to Jing for the first time. The service was great, the atmosphere was very nice, but the food was disappointing. I ordered a lobster sandwich that had bacon in it that was not in the description. Some people have allergies to pork and some people, such as I, don't eat factory-farmed meat for ethical reasons (the torture those poor animals go through in those factories before slaughter is beyond horrifying -- the films are all over YouTube). The waitress was very nice and changed the order, but Jing should list all their ingredients due to at least the allergy factor."

  • "Six of us were celebrating a birthday. We first had drinks in the bar area, then on to our table in the dining area. We decided to share several appetizers. The first one to come out was the lettuce wraps and there were six orders. We asked for four of them to be taken back as we had explained we only wanted one per person. Our wait staff came back very upset and told us she needed then to pay for the others herself. It put a damper on the evening and was so unprofessional. We had ordered about 8 other items so there was no way we wanted 6 orders of lettuce wraps. "

  • "We throughly enjoyed our evening with friends at Jing restaurant at the Landmark. Beautifully decorated, service was great, food was very tasty and the ambience was wonderful. When you go in look up at the beautiful ceiling!!"

  • "We like the food, but will not go back if we want to dine and have a conversation with friends. Noise level is too high."

  • "Used to be one of my favorite restaurants in the Denver suburbs. They seem to have raised the prices of every entree by $3 or more. Food is still decent but service is spotty and drink prices ($11 for their version of a Moscow Mule) are on the high end. Noise level is surprising for a carpeted, furniture-tufted restaurant. Not any better than Jade Garden and prices are twice as high. This visit: a disappointment. "

  • "Surprisingly Disappointed in food quality and taste. I am a regular and was very disappointed to bring a fellow foodie. Actually brought 3 other foodies as well who had been here before. Nobody was impressed. :-( Got the lobster sandwich $21 expensive I thought, and far too much mayonnaise . Hot and sour mushroom soup was overly sweet and had 1-2 tiny slivers of mushrooms. Not good at all. Birthday dessert was wonderful."

  • "Starters are better than entrees. We were a large party and ordered a wide variety of starters. All were delicious and well presented.. Entrees, at best, were fair to good. For the price, they should have been great. Bryce, our server, was knowledgable and attentive. Would go back but focus on starters and small plates.."

  • "Had a reservation. Was seated about 20 min after that Said reservation. Think the same thing happened the last time I was here on a weekend and I'd just expect that to happen to you so plan accordingly. Chose based on location near comedy works. Ordered what I thought was a tuna steak- very deceptive on menu and waiter's description because what came out looked like an ahi tuna appetizer and it was all sliced up. I mentioned to waiter and he kind've joked around about it and asked if it was going to be a problem- Didn't exactly go the extra mile to get me what I wanted. Martini was good tho- place just kind've sucks overall though especially for the price. "

  • "Jing is a decent place. The menu is definitely interesting and has enough options to please your typical eater. Unfortunately, nothing blew my doors off. The food quality ranged from average to just above average for this style restaurant. The do have great cocktails though! All in all my date and I had a good start to date night at Jing. If you wan't a decent meal with the cool vibe to boot, this is your place. If you are looking for a meal worth raving about, not so much."

  • "Jing has a very fun menu with lots of choices for all. I love their sushi rolls, duck, won ton soup and the best burger in denver. A great food, great bar and great service has us coming to eat at least twice every month"

  • "Our group of three enjoyed a fabulous Easter Sunday lunch here, away from the brunch crowds. The food was fresh, colorful and absolutely delicious. Service was perfect--welcoming, but not overwhelming. We enjoyed the grilled artichoke as an appetizer--what a treat! My husband enjoyed the Jalapeno Tuna Tataki; I had Thai Basil with chicken and our guest had another chicken selection with fried rice that she also enjoyed very much. Very nice experience. We will be back! "

  • "Our experience last Saturday was for a very special wedding engagement. Our waiter did not order both of our entres. We had to ask several of the other wait staff for extra rice, to go box, etc... We have had so many nice experiences at Jing in the past, and part of why we picked it as our special place. The food was delicious and enjoyed our meal once we received both entres. Another server brought us champagne to celebrate but we will re think coming back because it was somewhat disappointing. We understand mistakes happen but this particular server does not represent your resturant in a positive way. "

  • "Our server, Anthony, was very helpful and understood that we wanted to sample several "small" plate items rather than a whole meal. He was very attentive to when we were ready to order the next course. The food arrived promptly and was very good. Drunken Ahi sashimi was our top choice for the night."

  • "I decided to take my boyfriend to Jing, before heading over to the Landmark for a 9:00pm movie. We ordered a sushi roll, lobster mac and cheese, and fish and chips. These three apps were plenty for us, and all delicious! We also tried a drink with a Buddah Ball in it, which was a fun experience, and something I have been telling all of my friend about since. We are eager to go back and try some of Jing's entree's...the next time we are looking for a nice dinner pre-movie this will be our #1 choice!"

  • "Been many times. Usually a solid experience. Service was marginal. Very nice wait person, but food order wrong and rice made it out 10 minutes after the entre'. We were embarrassed in front of our guests since we raved about taking them there. Probably won't be back."
