    Not the best experience we got sat 30 late from our reservation, after we were seated We sat there another 10mins got passed a menu was not explained about anything special on the menu, until one we asked one gentleman that wasn’t our server he was very polite and explained our options and answered our questions. But as our server he came by maybe once and the 2nd time for our check which we had to stop and ask for. well I did notice other tables were be talked to as everyone walked by us it wasn’t a pleasant experience for our engagement dinner.

    It So nice to go to a restaurant and have it be dignified. Delightful Staff all dressed impeccably and very attentive. Simply the most beautiful dining room in Hawaii and maybe one of the most beautiful in the Country. Food was good, too expensive, but well worth the experience.. The only thing is that they should enforce the dress code and not allow men in Shorts and tea shirts to eat in the dining room. They seem to let the "Dress code" slip at certain times and for certain people.

Regarding the dress code, we currently allow shorts with a collared shirt and closed-toe shoes for men, and elegant attire for women (no swimwear or sportswear). While we occasionally make exceptions—such as for medical reasons, young children, or unique situations approved by leadership—this is rare and not standard practice, even for VIPs or executive-level guests.     17時の開店時間前に着くと何組か外で待ってました。 夫婦共に今年還暦のため、記念日として来店すると、　　　　おめでとうございますと声かけいただきました。 店内の装飾品や雰囲気がとても格式があって、これからの料理に期待が高まりました。 オーダーしたのは、スパークリングワイン、ハイズシーザーズサラダ、ポーターハウスステーキです。 シーザーズサラダは目の前で調理するスタイルで、ドレッシング作りから始まり、ロメインレタス、チーズと手際よく調理され、パフォーマンスが素晴らしかった。 日本人かつ2人だけで食べるサラダとしては量が多かったです。続いて、ポーターハウスステーキが運ばれ素早くサーブされました。ほんのり薪で焼いた香りがついたお肉はとても柔らかく、シンプルに塩胡椒で食べました。 付け合わせはブロッコリー、カリフラワー、ズッキーニ、パプリカのソテーとフライドポテトかマッシュポテトでした。バケットはなく、チーズトーストで料理がくる前に美味しくてお酒も進み、お代わりしてしまいました。本当に記念日に相応しい食事となりました。 次回も来店したいです。ごちそうさまでした。

    スタッフのサービスや、料理のクオリティは高かったが店内の冷房が効き過ぎていて非常に寒く、食事どころではなく、メインはほぼ残してしまった。 途中ブランケットをお願いしたが持ってきてくれるまでに時間がかかった。 上着など寒さ対策は必須だと思います。

    The food was delicious and great service. The steak was cooked perfectly to temperature. Thank you for such great and friendly service to T, Robert, Jason, and all the staff. I would definitely come back here and recommend it to others!
