"Favorite restaurant on Maui...absolutely! Had great dinner and returned for lunch since it was rainy:). Seperate vegetarian menu is so appreciated and so delishious. They will also work with vegetarians to make a plate of the sides from the main menu. Oh...those purple sweet potatoes! Appitizers are simply incredible! A must go to place. And, frankly...reasonable for what you get!"

"Very unique building as it was a general store many years ago. The food was very good and also somewhat over priced. The service was quite good. There really wasn't much ambiance and the noise level was not good. Many children and very poor acoustics. This was a fair experience, but I probably won't return."

"Worth the trip to dine at Haliimaile. The food was fantastic and the service great. Ambiance was fun as it really is an old General Store that's now the restaurant. Would highly recommend it. For those heading to the airport, it's only about 15 minutes away. We dined there before our evening flight home."

"We never miss this gem when in Maui. Always outstanding and tho a bit pricy, it's well worth it. Tried the macadamia chocolate torte for the first time for dessert and it was fabulous. Don't miss this place."
