  • "Great quality of meat with service you can't beat! I've been to many Brazilian steakhouses but this one definitely takes the cake!"

  • "Unique dining experience. Great meats in every variety. The entire staff was perfect. Friendly, courteous, and attentive."

  • "Pretty good value for lunch. for dinner I am not sure. Notable meats are Picanha, filet mignon and beef ribs. The chicken breast is dry and the pork ribs have a weird pork taste. Side dishes are great."

  • "It was a fun atmosphere. Not your typical restaurant."

  • "The salad bar is wonderful on its' own, but obviously, the star of the show is the meat. I think my favorite was the Fraldinha, but ALL the meat was delicious! My son said he felt like a King, with the valet, wonderfully attentive service, and huge amount of choices. We will definitely be going back."

  • "For years I heard of Fogo de Chao as a great Brazilian bbq restaurant but waited for a special occasion to finally go to since it is an expensive restaurant. I was very disapointed with the buffet offering very limited options. The meat was good overall, desserts were ok, some of the sides were good like the polenta but favorites like the cheese bread and fried banana were a let down. They didn't have "couve" and "feijoada" or "strogonoff". Service was not great either for example used plates weren't taken away right away. There are other options of Brazilian barbecue restaurants, and more affordable, that I would recommend before this one."

  • "We had a great time at Fogo. Overall the food is great. In many cases, the meat was a little too well done for me, but it was still tasty and it was fun to taste so many different meats at once. The salad bar was yummy too. Because we were very close to the salad bar, my 7 year old son, who is usually bored at dinners with adults, had a great time running over there a million times to get things and nobody seemed to mind him wandering around the restaurant, so it ended up being more kid-friendly than we anticipated, and more entertaining for him than we anticipated, so we all had a great time."

  • "This dining experience was one like no other. Come Hungry. Leave the vegetarians at home. Outstanding service. Good food."

  • "So much food! Decently take in the salad bar lightly. One you turn over the marker to green, the meat just keeps coming! It was my first time dining here. I was warned in advance not to stuff myself with the salad bar. And that's what I did, I nibbled from the bar and enjoyed most if not all the delicious meat options. They were all delicious! I'll decently be back for a special occasions (since it is a bit on the pricey side, but totally worth it). One downer was the seating, there are too many tables! It was like a maze getting from our table (by the fire in the back) to the salad bar. But besides that all was good!"

  • "Valet fee is $5.50. But I gave them $6.00 No change were given but ask me more tips. For what ?"
    Dined on 3/14/2014
  • "The tables are so close together. I did not enjoy eating there at all. I cannot believe I paid that much to eat at a tiny table at the corner. with minimal service. Food is alright. After going to Agora Churrascaria, Fogo de Chao in Beverly Hills is not comparable. There are a lot of more choices at the salad bar at Agora. I will never go back to Fogo de Chao in Beverly Hills."

  • "Great salad bar. Not as good as other Fogo locations around the country. Meat was more toward the well done side instead of standard. Order your meat one level less cooked and you'll be fine."

  • "Our group of 6 with varying food tastes and appetites all enjoyed our meals. Loved the variety of meats, served to the clients' request. Although meat was on everyone's mind, the salad bar was a definite highlight and worth making space for. The ambience was very highly energetic, group friendly and the hospitaity was hands down the best I have experienced. We will definitely be coming back for our next special occasion. With so many great meat cuts to taste, make sure to come hungry!"

  • "DineLA for lunch and the restaurant was so packed! We had a reservation, and thus were seated promptly. Fogo cheaped out and offered a limited menu for DineLA. This limited menu included only all the meats that I never eat at Brazilian BBQ--all sirloins, bacon wrapped chicken, and sausages. They did offer the regular menu at the regular price, but if I wanted to eat that I would come to Fogo on a non-DineLA day when you could actually hear the other people at your table speak. This limited menu offering was a big mistake in my eyes. If this had been the first time I'd been to Fogo I would not come back."

  • "You can't beat the value of Fogo during restaurant week, especially at lunch. Fantastic meats, really nothing lacking compared to a regular visit at dinner time. Great service as usual. It was a bit crowded but hardly surprising given the time of day and that it was a bargain."

  • "Went on Valentines Day and made reservations on OpenTable. We were an hour late (traffic) and they still seated us within 10min. As we left there was a line out the door. Great food (16 cuts of meat). Environment was loud and busy but not obnoxious. Would definitely reccomend for choice of Brazilian Chophouse"

  • "Fogo has almost never dissapointed. Fogo is an exquisite adventure for your pallet, your loving partner, in a good night. I consider Fogo to be one of my favorite restaurants, I've always said: "I don't know if I like the food or the service better." Simply ROCKS! Beidolla"

  • "Although the salad bar is attractive, I wouldn't recommend the place for a vegetarian. Meat selection is really awesome and they take care of you every single moments. No specific ambiance, very busy place in fact on a Saturday night."

  • "We just got back from Rio de Janeiro and saw the Fogo de Chao location there. When we got back to L.A.-- we put it on our list to try as authentic Brazilian cuisine. It was exactly that! Brought back memories for us of being in Rio. Great memories! The food is abundant so be sure to go visit while you're hungry. Endless quality meats and sides. The entire wait staff was very friendly. You can visit the salad bar area as soon as you are seated at a table. The meats to follow. I wouldn't visit if you're vegan or vegetarian. Not many options and it would definitely not be worth the price! For us, we loved it!"

  • "Open Table is THEE BEST in making reservations!! The experience is the best way to go about dining in LA. I'm surprised not too many know about this service and it's FREE!! This is the only way I will be making reservations to any restaurant in the future!!"

  • "Every bite was juicy & flavorful! There were so many choices I couldn't try everything. The cocktails were great too!!!"

  • "We were there early on Sunday and were surprised to see how busy they were! Lots of family groups. The food and the service were very good though and our waiters were very attentive. Food was delicious--no where better if you want good meat!"

  • "Fogo is just one of those places you should go to probably once or twice in a year, never more than that. It was a great experience but the amount of meat was tremendous and some too salty. The atmosphere is definitely lively and energetic and loud so I definitely would not go here for a romantic date. Thankfully I was going to celebrate a birthday which was a good call on my part. It was so crowded I felt like I was sitting back to back with another table, and honestly it took quite some effort to flag down a waiter or waitress but I don't really think it's their fault, there was just so little space to move around (ironically, considering they go around serving meat) and it was just so rowdy!"

  • "I have been here about 5 times now and this most recent visit was not ideal. They need more space or something. There are tables way too close together. There are not enough waiters. I feel like we are all crowded in like animals or something. The meat was okay but there weren't as many choices as usual, and we felt like there weren't enough people serving the meat. Plus it took us like a million years to get our check...It didn't seem very upscale or luxurious. :("

  • "Having taken my family to Fogo de Chao's in other cities such as San Antonio, Las Vegas, & Dallas we were taken back by how many tables they squeezed on the floor in the Beverly Hills Location. Food was great and I know it was a Holiday weekend, however at this price poor service (waiting for dirty plate pickup and for new plates) is just not acceptable. The food was great, but with the crowded conditions it took awhile for any waiter to make it to our table. I wish that the management would have taken out about 15% of the tables so you do not bump into your fellow patron and this way clients and employees may walk around and thus able to provide the kind of service that is expected from a higher price point restaurant."

  • "Fogo is an outstanding restaurant - pretty much goes without saying. You really need to be hungry here, because although they have the red card/green card system to control when they bring more food, they bring it regardless until you think you might actually need to jump out the nearest window to stop them. All of their meats are incredibly tasty. I love the lamb and garlic beef in particular. Just dripping with flavor and melting in the mouth. If there was anything I'd want to improve about the food, it would be the salad bar, which although it is capable of pretty good salads and has more than enough types of greenery to use as a base, sort of comes up short of being able to support true salad masters like myself. Not a deal breaker."

  • "This is our first time here. I went the week of valentines and it was really full. You could not even walk across and the services was bad. No one came to ask us what we wanted to drink, we has to find someone and through the whole no one came by. However looking at other tables, their server was always checking on them. At the end we get a different waiter with an attitude. The best thing of the night was the meat!!!!! Meat is so much better than Samba Resturant."

  • "The food is great but the service was sooooooo awful that day. Never got ang service from the one assigned to our table the whole night - need to keep asking other servers for help I know it is busy but our server NEVER attended to us - need to ask other servers for what we need - he doesnt even get used platejs pilling u - no water - need to ask other server as well. To top it off there is a promotion for dining valentine gets a gift card - he never even gave us that card - both tables on the opposite side under different server got the card - to avoid making a scene we didnt bother since we are really disappointed with service - second time before was great not sure anymore if its worth coming back."

  • "Everything we had was excellent. Even the salad bar and sides were very good, but don't waste a lot of space on them. The variety and quality of the meat was outstanding. Make sure when they bring it around you request how you want it cooked, especially if you like it rare. The lamb and the bacon wrapped filet were wonderful. Not that you will need it but the caramelized pineapple with ice cream was a nice finish. The service was fast and very friendly. Always asking if there was anything specific we would like them to bring."

  • "Fogo de Chao always has a delicious salad bar array and engaging staff serving superb meats and drinks. The scene is always packed at dinner time and a reservation is necessary, best to go early. However the price is very steep and I do not feel that I had as much meat and sides for the value that I paid. Its a fun and delicious experience, but it is definitely a splurge."

  • "We had reservations at 7, but didn't get seated till 8. You would think a restaurant such as this had a better way to keep tabs and call guests, but the gal was shouting people's names all night long. We couldn't hear her sitting in the back. Surprisingly restrooms were out of stock on seat covers and two of the sinks were clogged. Food is good, but they sure do rush you. Once we sat down we got one meat after another too quickly. Even when our coaster was at the red (to stop), the meat came anyway. Well, we ate faster than we wanted to. A couple of the meat choices were tasteless. I don't remember which but that was definitely my least favorite. Overall, Fogo is definitely a treat to go to for special occasions."
