We have dined at Chimney Park many times since it opened and usually had very good tasting food but. Were very disappointed this time. Also a 3% charge for Credit card is an insult to your customers. Suggest if you feel it is necessary, build it into your prices.

We have never been disappointed at Chimney Park. This time we did the Chef's tasting menu and all items were creative and delicious, with the exception of the halibut which was not bad but not great...bit dry and bland...compared to everything else we had, which was excellent.

Chimney Park does an outstanding job as one of the premier restaurants in Colorado. Consistency of food, service, and ambiance is 100%. Many restaurant fluctuate with these attributes, but not Chimney Park. You can always count on excellent food and service.
