   Carlos and Stephanie were wonderful hosts. Excellent food and experience. You must go here if visiting Colorado Springs or anywhere in the area.

   The food was delicious and the owner/chef was very passionate about his creative dishes. The rock music in the restaurant was an interesting choice for the type of restaurant, helping us reminisce to our high school/college days. Definitely a do-over restaurant!

   You must go here. Carlos is an absolute pro, and this restaurant is one of my favorite in the country. And I travel A LOT. Go here. Bring all your family and friends.

   This place not only has incredible food but the service was impeccable. Will definitely be going back. They also have a great wine selection and priced very reasonably. We very much enjoyed our evening and had a great experience.

   We had a great anniversary dinner at Carlos Bistro. Service was top notch. Food was awesome. Very relaxed and accommodating. Great atmosphere. Would definitely recommend. Some of the options are a bit more expensive but know what to expect when you go and it’s fine. Great drink option’s available if you are also looking for that. The outside seating area and fire pit were nice for a pre-dinner beverage. Thanks for a great evening.

   Owner greeted us in the drive to welcome us in. Stephanie, our server, was wonderful and the food DEVINE! BEST FOOD WE HAD ON OUR Colorado Springs trip, including The Broadmoor.

    Excellent food, beautifully plated. The service was the best I have ever experienced at a restaurant. Menu is diverse and creative. Quiet and welcoming atmosphere. This restaurant is worth making a special stop in Colorado Springs for the superb dining experience!
