A word from Caffe Dell'Amore
In creating our Cafe, we wanted to bring a piece of Italy to Naples, Florida. As in Italy you'll find a small, family run restaurant, where the owners are the chefs. Our menu is not large, but what we offer is undoubtedly of the finest quality available, made with passion and love! There are no trans fats, no preservatives, no pre-made sauces or artificial flavorings. The recipes and ingredients are as they were 100 years ago. As one of our guests said, "Dining at Caffe dell'Amore is like a trip to Italy, without the passport". Our Chef/Owners passionately dedicate themselves to seeking out the very best ingredients, hand selecting locally grown, organic produce for ripeness and flavor and they use only organic meats and wild catch seafood. Fragrant Italian meats and luscious cheeses are flown in daily. Scrumptious bread and deserts are lovingly baked every morning. All served in our award winning, romantic, well appointed dining room, that was hand painted by an Italian artistContinued

  • "When we come from NYC to our home in Punts Gorda Isles It's always worth the trip to Naples. The food, wine & service is amazing & always consistent. It's a perfect world dining here. Don't miss out."

  • "Although 4 servers were handling entire room ( only 52 seats ) our table of 7 individuals had to request service several times."

  • "Having just been to Italy in July, we had been in no hurry to go to an Italian restaurant. However, we were in Naples for 2 nights on business, so we booked a table at Caffe Dell' Amore, always one of our favorites. The meal was out of this world. My wife had the Insulata Caprese while I had the Sformati with blue crab and fennel. The Caprese was as good as any we had in Italy. The Sformati was equally good, the fennel adding both aroma and flavor. My wife had the Grouper and I had the Snapper Amalfi. We both had special requests and they were glad to accommodate. The fish was fresh, cooked to perfection. Flavors were outstanding! Pasta was cooked to perfection. Naples is blessed with many very good restaurants. This one is GREAT!"

  • "While this was not our first visit to Caffe Dell'Amore, it was the first for our daughter who has celiac disease and requires a gluten-free menu. We cannot say enough how thorough Martin was in going over the menu and double-checking with the chef to be absolutely sure of her choices. She even had a choice of TWO desserts (flourless cake or pear in wine sauce) which is always difficult. So if you are in need of a gluten-free menu and want to experience fine dining, Caffe Dell'Amore is not to be missed!"

  • "A wonderful meal, great staff. The only problem is it is small. That wasn't a problem on August 1, but will likely be a problem in the winter when reservations will be a must. We let the staff guide us through the menu. The spinach balls are wonderful. We both had the evening ravileoli {sp} special which was splendid. Nice place, we will go back."

  • "This is a small restaurant conveniently located in our neighborhood, so we WANT to like it. Sadly, the food just isn't very good. My husband had the wild boar ragu - it was unappealingly plated (looked like nursing home food), flavorless, dry meat, bland polenta, weak & watery sauce, sigh.... My lasagna with béchamel was delicate and simple, not outstanding. We paid $110 for 1 side salad, 2 glasses of (not expensive) wine and 2 entrees --and left with 3/4 of the food still on our plates. Even in off-season the restaurants in town that serve consistently good food are quite busy. The Thursday evening we were there it was VERY quiet. The chef/owners need to take an honest look (and taste) at what is coming out of their kitchen."

  • "We had a wonderful dinner at Caffe Dell’Amore. We had spoken to Dominic while booking the reservation and asked for a few special accommodations, which he was able to deliver. Our waitress was extremely familiar with every item on the menu and wine list. The meal was fantastic. For appetizers we split the spinach delize, meatballs and sformati del giorno which were perfect choices. For dinner we had the wild boar alla cacciatora, grouper alla puttanesca and white truffle sacchettini. Each entre was perfectly cooked, aesthetically displayed and delicious. We finished our meal by splitting the Poached Pear alla Caffe Dell’Amore. We will revisit this fine establishment and will be sure to enjoy another great meal."

  • "One of the best Italian restaurants I've been to. Every item on the menu is crafted with unique character, and could serve as their signature dish. Their owners are front and center (one is the Ex chef, one is the General Manager) and they add a personal touch to each guest's experience. Homemade bread to start, handmade pasta and authentic sauces rooted in old world Italian recipes make this place a home run. If you don't try it, you're missing out."

  • "Caffe dell'Amore is a superb Italian restaurant in Naples. It can be a little hard to find but once you have found it, you will never forget how to get there! Dominck and Brian have wonderful offerings with a blend of flavors throughout each entree. The wait staff is SO attentive..Martin, David and Cassa were each well-versed in all phases of the menu. My husband had fish that was so light (not breaded) and I had gnocchi (with asiago cheese). Dessert was lava cake with white chocolate ice cream. Devine. Restaurant not to miss when in Naples."

  • "Decided to give this place a try after seeing such high praise on Trip Advisor and we were not disappointed. The food is organic and so fresh. Tried the spinach balls app and surprisingly enjoyed them even though I am not a fan of spinach generally. I had the sausage and peppers which was awesome. My gf had the eggplant ravioli which was amazing as well. The tiramisu was a fitting end to the night and was well done. The service was great as well. Marisa was very attentive. Overall, I think anyone would enjoy this restaurant. Give it a shot."

  • "The restaurant was a great dining experience. The service was as good as it can get. The food was delicious. The wine list was very good. The restaurant also has corkage which is a very important to me when I choose a restaurant. I was able to bring a special bottle for diner. The veal was exceptional good. This restaurant is a gem and a must place to seek out."

  • "We went to Café Dell A more to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. We had been curious about it, being attracted by its small, out-of-the-way character. Our experience was a very happy one. The food quality was excellent, our waiter very attentive. The atmosphere was quiet, warm, and intimate. (We detest dining in places where shouting is necessary to be heard over the din around you. That was not the case here.) This is a wonderful spot for a special occasion or simply a peaceful and enjoyable meal. Delightful."

  • "I was very impressed with my entire experience at Caffe dell' Amore. This is a charming restaurant with ambiance that makes you feel like you have left the area. The food is superb; exactly as described and it excites your palate with a variety of fresh ingredients. From the moment you enter the doors, you are greeted with a warm welcome and served by a staff of three. I cannot wait to go back again. "

  • "This is a small restaurant which we prefer. Somehow every thing seems my personal & warm with a place this size. This is a good spot for a romantic dinner. My husband had the shrimp alla Siciliana which he loved. The spaghetti squash that substitutes for the pasta was a super way to have Italian without the carbs. I had a ravioli dinner that was a special that night. It was very good."

  • "I found this restaurant through TripAdvisor and was amazed that it rank number two out of 788 restaurants in Naples. I was further taken aback by the restaurant location which I would have expected to be in the trendy 5th ave or in the bay front area. Needless to say, I was pleasantly surprised to find such a wonderful upscale restaurant with incredible food and wines. The decor, music and the ambiance instantly transports your thoughts to memories of Italy. The food and service is exceptional. I ordered the house specialty spinach balls in brown butter and the lasagna bolognese for the entree. The dessert was also phenomenal poached pears in a wine reduction with mascarpone cheese. This restaurant is a must do while in Naples."

  • "We have dined in Italy, and we have dined at Caffe Dell'Amore, and it is ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE to tell the difference! Caffe Dell'Amore's AMAZING cuisine is fresh out of the Italian countryside. I cannot choose a favorite dish, as they are all OUTSTANDING, as is their soup, appetizers, and desserts. We have dined at Caffe Dell'Amore 4 times in the last month, I have tried 4 different dishes, and do not have a favorite. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND dining at Caffe Dell'Amore if you are in Naples! Be sure to make a reservation, as the small, quaint restaurant fills up quickly. ENJOY YOUR DINING EXPERIENCE!"

  • "Our threesome had Caffe's signature Lasagna with lots of meat, also the Lobster Ziti El Forno and the third dish was their special Blue crab Ravioli's. The lasagna and Lobster Ziti were very well prepared and tasty, both of which we would order again. The Blue crab Ravi's were okay as the pasta covering wilted over the not so tasty blue crab. The goat cheese salad starter was also very well prepared. The only bug-a-boo these days are the high prices for a less than adequate wine pour. I would return to this restaurant, but drink wine elsewhere."

  • "I had the clams and mussels appetizer, which was excellent, and the Cornish hen for a main course, which was OK. The other three people had pasta main courses and liked them very much. The spinach balls, which were a special appetizer, we're not very exciting. "

  • "This restaurant is a gem. The service, the ambiance and the food can simply be described as extraordinary. My fiancé and I were visiting from Long Island, New York. We are of Italian descent and have been to many of the finest Italian restaurants in the NYC Metro area and we both agreed - this was in our opinion the best of the best. "

  • "From previous reviews, We were expecting better. Food was good but not exceptional. The tomatoes in the Caprese salad were too cold to be tasty and the pasta was overcook. Service was good but again not to the level expected. We could not understand the English of one of the server. Decor is dark and outdated. Will probably not go back"

  • "...at a not unreasonable price. My two guests were overjoyed with their selections of appetizers, entrees and desserts. As for myself, I found that everything that I ordered was good, with the exception of (all) the desserts which were outstanding, but that the presentation of some of the dishes seemed rather bland and flat; just my opinion. Otherwise, I would go back but it wasn't anything truly special."

  • "Hospitality started when I got a phone call and email confirming my reservation, continued when we entered and where greeted with smiles and the owner, (who was also seating us) referred to a comment I had made when I made my reservation which tells me he actually was reading it and cared enough to do what he could to make my request happen. The food was made by a chef who cared about how food should taste, look, and smell. Lost art these days. Service was right on. You won't be unhappy if you like Italian food and people who care about what they do. "
