It creates an extra level of anticipation. The level of service is welcomed and attention to detail, especially after a demanding day of having to be game on. The food is out of sight. The constant flow and variety of meats all done to perfection is second to none. The cold bar selection complements the both the meat and hot bar selection.

Even though I had experienced the bar dinning, I never had dinner in the dining area. Just walking in impressed everyone (4) and the ambience was more than expected. The food was great and PLENTIFUL. Whenever we finished a food sampling, another was brought by. Not a place that I would go regularly (only becuase I would gain too much weight).
The service was great, atmosphere was great. Really fun place for a special occassion. A beautifully decorated and substantial bar area with varied seating, friendly attentive staff too. Then take it through to a large yet well separated dining room. The staff here too were friendly, knowledgeable and atentive without being overly intrusive - a big plus!. The food is exceptional! An unending salad (well there is so much you can't call it a salad) bar, and then let the carnivores indulge themselves! Beautifully cooked array of meats - cooked to different tastes so just state your preference and it WILL appear - are transported to your table uniquely. You have to go to see! The only downside I'd give to the food is some of the meat could be flavored better and the waiter could've cut thicker piece of meat/pineapple. The house sirloin, new york strip, and garlic steak were the best of the meats and the pineapple was delicious! I highly recommend this restaurant! The ambienace was fantastic too! This was our second time coming here, and for the second time, the service was not very attentive. We did not receive our plates for rudizio until well after ten minutes. I found myself wishing our server was the male bartender that some of the other tables had. He was nice and provided great conversation with his tables, while our server seemed a bit overwhelmed. I have been here for all my birthdays since I moved to NC.
1) My wife is vegetarian, and thoroughly enjoyed just the salad bar.
2) This is the only churrascaria that I have visited that has been able to serve my meat rare - the meat waiters serve only a couple of tables (as opposed to the entire restaurant) which allows them to deliver meat cooked to my taste.
3) Service - We felt that we were well attended. Between the waiter and the meat waiter coming to check on our status, we had all our culinary needs fulfilled.

Kids not welcome, as the seating is tight and they are a HUGE distraction. The service is impeccable. They ask how you like your meat before they come around to ensure you get the "done-ness" you prefer. Pricey but worth it. We didn't go to the hot bar/omelet/waffle station. The meats and salads were enough. The gentleman offering meat were very attentive. I wasn't thinking that I would enjoy the pineapple with cinnamon but it ended up being something I really enjoyed with both the chicken and the sirloin. The thing that I liked so much at Brasa is that you have one person who brings you meat. He knows what you like and what you want. At Texas de Brazil, the meat people go all over the restaurant (and sometimes skip your table). Last time I was there, we had to send the sausage guy away 5 times. I hope it hasn't permanently damaged his self-image. My favorites at Texas de Brazil are the sirloin and the flank steak; best I've ever had. Brasa's sirloin was very good (as was everything else we had), but I really missed the flank steak.
