  • "Visited the restaurant for years for our special occasions. Always enjoyed being catered to, made it a great experience. This time, service not quite as expected."

  • "Wonderful setting, wonderful music, outstanding service and food. The cold and hot bar were delicious and the bar drinks were great! "

  • "New to the area and received a recommendation to Brasa. We made reservations for Easter brunch and it was worth every penny! Joey was fabulous to have as a waiter, very attentive and on top of things with a busy crowd. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. We will definitely be going back! "

  • "My hubby and I had to make a quick lunch. We would usually go for dinner but we thought we give it a try. Cold bar and hot bar are both maintained nicely. Service was fast and to the point, just like any good lunch places. Salad bar is far from boring, varieties of salads, fresh fruits.. really enjoy them all. "

  • "We went to Brasa for our anniversary. Had a reservation and arrived 10 min early. We were seated at a small, dark 2-top table next to the wall. The first server took good care of us, brought us plates and kept our water filled. Other than that I have nothing positive to say. We were not offered the full selection of meats as we could hear what was offered to the tables around us. Most Brazilian steakhouses continually offer meat, but most of our meal we sat with empty plates waiting for someone to offer us some meat. The beef items we were offered were fatty and over salted. The "house specialty" was so tough we couldn't even cut it and it was very rare. $40 per person for the salad bar was ridiculous and we still left hungry."

  • "The service was good, the mood was great, but all the meats tasted bland. There was no seasoning on anything. They kept bringing out all these meat but it was all flavorless. I thought it was just me but my wife brought it to my attention before I could say it to her. For the price I felt ripped off."

  • "We have been to Brasa numerous times and usually it is all really good but this time the service was fair at best. It won't stop us from going again because I love the food but I should not have to flag down the waitress numerous times just for the basic stuff. I expect that from a regular restaurant not an upscale one such as Brasa."

  • "Went here for our anniversary on Wednesday, April 9th. Asked for a table away from the salad bar. It was very dark but very noisy too. The piano player was good and it got crowded after we got there at 7:00 pm. Meat and chicken were good but not strong enough of seasoning to make a difference. The price was very good for all the food you got too. Salad bar had lots of different items on it. They also offered a bowl of mashed potatoes or rice to share your table with the meats if you wanted. The wait staff was exceptional; they explained the types of meats and chicken that were offered an asked how done you like your meat. The cinnamon coated pineapple was delicious!"

  • "Very good food and Plenty of it!! They just keep coming with the meats. The cinnamon pineapple is the best!! A little pricey though as I didn't feel that I ate $40 worth of food but I guess that could be my own fault as I didn't want to gorge myself although one definately could do so."

  • "Brasa is our go-to place for Sunday brunch. the food is great, and the ambiance is excellent. I have also been there for dinner and the selection of meats is even larger. The price can seem steep to some but with the quality of food it is definitely worth it."

  • "While I loved the ambiance and food of the restaurant, I didn't know about the rocks on the table - I thought they were decorative! I began to get agitated that a server had only come around with water, and I wasn't being served any of the meats. About midway through my meal, I finally stopped 2 servers for their wares. While they both were cordial, it was the 2nd that reached over my pkate, and flipped the rocks! Afterwards, food was flowing, all was well ."

  • "We choose this restaurant to celebrate our son's 16th birthday. What a great choice it was. Everything was great! We made a reservation but if you go when they open for dinner at 5pm you should be able to get in without delay. We had the best server, the food was tasty, and the cold/hot bars were well stocked. My son enjoyed his celebration and we will return again."

  • "Great food, but this restaurant is so dark and loud, it's impossible to hang out with a group at night. If it's just you and one other person, great. But if you have 6 people, there is no way you're going to be able to talk to everyone--let alone see everyone. Our waiter was so surly toward us for some reason (sometimes you're just having a bad night I guess), but the food came out quickly and was really good. I'd like to go back again but I definitely wouldn't with a group."

  • "My co-workers and I spent over an hour enjoying the lunch buffet and either we kept missing the replenishment of rolls out there wasn't any. Our waiter spent ten minutes trying to get us to upgrade to the gold lunch, even after being told we wanted to eat light. That time could have been invested in making sure our party of 5 had rolls. Otherwise, the food was great."

  • "Three price choices, the least expensive dinner option at $28.00, for a glorified salad bar is a little much. There should be other choices on the menu. Not everyone has a huge appetite. The food has good flavor, The noise level options do not allow for accurate response from the customer. Your survey forces a selection. I marked energetic but you should interpret that to mean the piano music was "too loud" which you should also read as annoying."

  • "I have eaten Sunday brunch here twice, and it has been great both times. If you're a meat lover, go here!"

  • "Great food, find the meats you like and stick with those. They changed the salad bar since my last visit and got rid of the sushi so that was disappointing. On the plus side they added a couple of cheeses and a few more tasty items but I miss my sushi fix. Beef was very good, the beef service was somewhat spotty, I think we had a new person as he kept dropped the meat onto the table and making a minor mess. It is pretty expensive so I only go on special occasions, which makes it a special treat. We were seated close to the indoor fountain, which was much too noisy. I would avoid those tables in the future."

  • "Had dinner at this restaurant about three years ago and the food was great however on this particular occasion my wife wanted to go because she was in the mood for different types of steaks. Sadly, all of our steaks lacked flavor and the pineapple which is supposed to be one of the signature dishes was also not very good. The Hot and Cold bar had limited selections however the waiter was absolutely fabulous and the atmosphere of the restaurant was great but the food lacked flavor."

  • "This was a great change of pace for our weekly date night. It was expensive if you were dating but for married couples, it may be just what the doctor orders to reignite your love and passion. A Wonderful dining experience."

  • "Food was great, its an opportunity to try small cuts of several different meats at the same dinner. Service was friendly and quick. Comp valet also a plus on a rainy night."

  • "Did wish they had oysters and more seafood in Gold option and/or at salad/appetizer bar. Great experience and we will be back."

  • "We've been here before a few times though don't think we'll ever go back. You're paying fine dining prices for sub par (at best) service. Most, if not all, of the staff were young and extremely friendly they just we're not trained well in the fundamentals of waiting tables. It wasn't just in the front of house either - the kitchen ran out of spoons while we were there! This is a management problem. So, for the money I'll go many other places where they know how to provide a better experience."

  • "Great service (had 3 servers wait on us). Asked for med rare steak and it was on point. It ws a little salty so I ordered a margarita and regained the perfect balance of flavor."

  • "This was a nice first experience but not sure if it was worth the pricepoint. The servers were excellent and made us feel valued. The food (the meat) wasn't as appealing as we hoped for, but the salad bar was nice."

  • "We were excited to go to Brasa to celebrate my birthday. The food bar was excellent, but when the meat came around, what a disappointment! We had asked for rare and medium rare, what we got was gray, well done, dry and tasteless. Even the "signature" beef had no flavor at all. I tried almost all of the offerings, hoping to find something edible, but to no avail. Will not be going there ever again!"

  • "Recently took the boyfriend there for his birthday, it was his first time. Thoroughly enjoyed it, drinks were great and the meats were superb. Definitely had seconds (and thirds) of the pineapple!"

  • "This restaurant is great for businesses and romantic nights out. I heard about this place by some friends and thought I would give it a try celebrating an anniversary. It was a great choice. The food was unique and very good, and the amount made it worth every penny. I will go there again. Happy Customer here."

  • "This is hands down the best restaurant in the Triangle"

  • "Loved the atmosphere. A little too dark, but absolutely beautiful and romantic. I love the idea of all you can eat salad and apps. Great choices on the buffet. Chocolate covered strawberries, brown sugar plantains, chicken salad, and lots more. Then they brought the meat, meat and more meat. It was good tasting, though not the absolute best I've ever had. The NY Strip was the best. I can't wait to come here again."

  • "We were disappointed with the restaurant. You must be paying for the novelty of a brazilian steakhouse because the meat was not that good. Several of the meats that I had were very fatty, tough, and full of gristles. It was definitely not worth the money for the meat option"

  • "We went here to celebrate my husbands birthday with a few friends and we weren't disappointed AT ALL! We loved everything about this restaurant. The atmosphere, food, music was amazing! I tell everyone I come in contact with about BRASA! Such a fun memorable night."

  • "Upon entering we were expecting an rewarding experience. Went for the platinum package which came with a 10oz lobster tail. Started off lovely with a wonderful assortment of cold and hot bar menu item. However, for $40/70 a plate the bar was not well kept and stocked. Several items were not restocked the entire night. The meat selections we're nice however I notice our waiter did not present a few options, hopefully this was an oversight! We we're stuffed at the time so we weren't horribly disappointed. The waiter also didn't take our drink orders before sending us off to start the appetizer buffet. However, I will get it 3 starts for the experience though it could have easily been 5 with more effort from staff."

  • "With a style like brasas, I didn't have high hopes of having a rewarding meal because I am a vegetarian. I was pleasantly proved wrong in my fear. I was provided with a custom made pasta dish (minus peppers and onions, because I can't stand them), and it was delicious. I won't suggest that a pasta dish compares to the meat spread my beau enjoyed at our visit, but I was very impressed with the effort at inclusion, which many resturants completely neglect. Service was amazing and the radiant was dark but romantic. Default a good place to take my beau for special occasions."

  • "Hosted a surprise party for a friend. The staff from the hostess to our waiter were in on it. She was so surprised! The food was really good. The salad bar had many fresh options to please everyone. The hot bar had some of my South American favorites...yucca and plantains....yummy! The meat selection was really good as well. I like medium rare cuts of beef and was not disappointed. The cinnamon pineapple was a treat. Will definitely go back with a group."

  • "I went for brunch and everything was just okay. I would try dinner to see if there is an improvement; but I will not have brunch there again."

  • "The food bar alone can be a meal in itself. If you choose the option to have the carved meats, the portions they give you are small enough that you can try several and not walk out of there feelings stuffed unless you choose to just keep on eating."
