"While I still miss the chianti bottles hanging from the ceiling that the fire marshall made the owners remove---Bisetti's is a great go-to restaurant. My wife and I used their gluten-free menu and were very pleased. I had sea-bass on grilled veges--which was superb, and she had a basil chicken on gluten free pasta. Their Mediterranean salad was a great entry point."

"If you need an eggplant parmesan "fix," as I did, Bisetti's is the place to go. The eggplant and the restaurant have been favorites of my family for years and years and years and years and years! The service is always excellent, and last night was no exception. Cody, our waiter, responded immediately and graciously to our every request. The eggplant was crisp and flavorful, just as I like it, and the pasta was cooked al dente, just as I like it. My husband and I were in the middle room, where we could talk easily without being interrupted by excessive noise."

"After I was notified that my reservation was available early, I arrived to enjoy a comfortable evening in a relaxed atmosphere. Their sensitivity to food allergies is outstanding. We were provided a complete Gluten-Free menu from which to order. The asparagus and roasted garlic from the Antipasto were table favorites. The tomato sauce on the Classic Spaghetti was authentically seasoned and the Basil Chicken included a robust mix of spices that brought a gentle warmth to the dish. My only complaint is that the waiter was perhaps a touch zealous — with both dishes, he returned to inquire about our satisfaction before we were allowed to take a bite. But I would definitely return to experience this very enjoyable and romantic setting again."

"For some reason we had not eaten at Bisetti's for several years even though it is a very popular local restaurant. Since our last visit they have renovated the interior and transformed a very nice dining environment into a very elegant one. We stopped in for an early dinner on a Saturday evening and were very impressed with the ambience, the attentive and professional service, the wine list. The food was exquisite. I had the ravioli, so delicate it practically melted in my mouth. Prices are most affordable. Even going for a 5:00 dinner I was glad I had made reservations earlier in the day. I suspect reservations are recommended most nights, but definitely on the weekends."

"We went this time because of an anniversary celebration special they were running. Menu choices on the "anniversary special" menu were very limited, and there was no substitution, so we decided to order from the regular menu. Husband had Chicken Parmesan and enjoyed it. I had the Cannoli with meatball, and was disappointed. I have had this in the past, but this time the meatball tasted more like Chef Boyardee, and I could not eat it. The texture and taste were strange. The service however, was excellent. Our server Michael, was attentive, but not overbearing, just right. I will try again, but right now, this has fallen to second place for my choice of Italian restaurants."

"Overall we liked our experience at Bisetti's, however we were one of the last tables on a Sunday night. The server was rushed and brought our dinners before appetizers were done! I had shrimp pomodoro, which was bland and the pasta undercooked. Husband had the mixed plate. He said the meatball was very good, but the lasagna was bland and mostly pasta - not much cheese... The antipasto was very good though as were the Mojito 44's. For the price I felt that the food should have been better. Also, the restaurant's marketing about being in the family for ages...seems like it's been in the family for ages and is in need of an updated menu. It wasn't terrible, but then again it wasn't worth more than 3 stars."

"The only downside to our experience was having to wait. We arrived a few minutes before our reservation and were told they were preparing our table. We waited on the tiny bench for maybe 10 minutes and then we're seated at a table which had been ready and available the entire time. It would have been nice if it was suggested to get a glass of wine at the bar or to just seat us. The waiting area is very small and cramped. We did have to wait longer than expected for the bread ("it's in the oven") and the entres but overall it was an extremely good experience. The gnocci was wonderful as was the salad and wine."

"Bisetti's was the perfect place for our last dinner of 2013. Our server Kody noticed we weren't rushed and he made sure we had a romantic experience. He allowed us to take our time as we shared an appetizer, bottle of wine, each had salads, and then our entrees. Our needs were met, water always filled, and the bread kept coming. The ambiance is always relaxing and makes you fill like you have stepped into a different city in another country. Thank you Bisetti's!!"

"We decided to try Bisetti's for our annual family holiday lunch and we were so glad that we chose this restaurant. The restaurant was tastefully decorated in holiday style and the food was very good. Our server was attentive but not annoying. Each course was beautifully presented and the quality of the dishes was outstanding. We would definitely return for a special occasion and would recommend this dining establishment to our friends when they are visiting the Fort Collins area."

"We visit Denver frequently and wanted to get to know Fort Collins. Bisetti's had good reviews on the net, so I hoped it would be a place worth the drive and time to come and to want to return. But it was so disappointing. The food was beyond ordinary. The marinara tasted like it came from a can. The items on the appetizer sampler all tasted the same and were over-fried. The bright spot was the atmosphere and nice servers. Also, the salmon special was good. But all of the dishes should be of that same quality. The family business is an attractive draw, but the menu needs a complete overhaul and freshening."

"Bisetti's is probably my favorite place to eat in Ft Collins. Everything I've had to eat there has been excellent except for the spaghetti. I ordered it once and it was pretty lame so I tried it again last Monday. It was worse this time around and I'd say that that took some doing, seeing as how the first go was so poor. The pasta was tough, flavorless, and the sauce was watery tomato soup. I'll say this though, the meat ball was excellent. We'll be back but I won't waste my appetite on the spaghetti. Still love the place and would recommend it highly."

"This was a first for us, what a great time. Food was outstanding (lasagne & chicken parmesan). Waiter was very informative, attentive without hovering, knowledgeable, gave personal recommendations which all turned out to be great. Wonderful wine (which we went & bought a bottle of the next day it was so good!) Ambience was great, nice & quiet (we had early reservations), great table location. Would recommend especially for a special occasion."

"I''ve been dining here for decades. I noticed this time the servers' attire has changed and they are now wearing jeans. This is a downgrade in my view, changing the ambiance from a special place to a casual place. The menu has also changed, not for the better. The food is still very good, but not the exceptional food I'd grown to love. But this is still one of the best places to eat in Fort Collins."

"Bisetti's has been a favorite of mine for many years. In thinking of a choice of restaurants to celebrate my daughter's birthday and also the recent birth of our 2nd granddaughter, I thought Bisetti's could accommodate our family and provide great food, too. Everything was great, including making the reservation on line. I asked for a niche to accommodate four adults, a 3 year old and a newborn. All were accommodated.
