SHINBAY is Arizona's first and only Omakase restaurant. This exotic, multi-course dining experience ignites all the senses and inspires guests to explore uncharted flavors. Dinner is $285 per person, not including beverages and tax. Please allow approximately two hours for the dining experience. Dress code is casual and comfortable. We recently dined at The Reserve and had a wonderful experience, highlighted by exceptional service. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome, attentive without being overbearing, and always one step ahead of our needs. The sommelier was knowledgeable and guided us with the wine selection for a top-tier experience. We’d gladly return, especially for another evening of expert wine guidance and gracious hospitality.

Absolutely love this little French bistro! Food is always amazing and the restaurant has so much charm. The owner is very accommodating and so sweet. The coq Au vin is so delicious! My husband that the lamb that was incredible. The trout and dole are made to perfection. A definite place to go for a date night or special dinner with friends.

Came in for my husband’s birthday and requested Alyssa. As usual, excellent food and service. From the hostess to the Manager, everyone is exceptional. Can’t wait for the Porterhouse to become part of the regular menu.
