Dinner at Black Cat Farmstead is a unique dining experience! Enjoy one of our 7 intimate, private garden cabanas with wood stoves, gorgeous views, and a beautiful 4-Course chef tasting menu (dietary restrictions accommodated) created by James Beard nominated chef Eric Skokan at our historic farmstead. Our 500-acre full-scale diversified organic farm supplies the majority of ingredients for your meal; from vegetables & herbs to pork & lamb to grains.

Open Wed-Saturdays. Reservations are required. $155/per person++

Reservations are released 3 months in advance. We often have tables that are not available online, like a chef's table in the kitchen. Call us at 303-444-5500 if interested. Kizaki is Chef Toshi Kizaki’s long-awaited solo omakase restaurant, representing the pinnacle of his celebrated career and decades of influence in Denver’s culinary scene. After more than 40 years of success with Sushi Den, Chef Toshi returns to his roots with deep reverence for Edomae-style sushi—a 200-year-old Tokyo tradition that highlights the true character of each ingredient through precise Japanese techniques. Kizaki brings Denver its first authentic Edomae omakase, offering around 20 courses featuring raw, cured, seared, cooked, and dry-aged preparations. Guests can enjoy a full bar along with carefully selected sake, wine, or combined pairings to complement the experience. Omakase at the counter or table is $225 before tax. Drinks, additional sushi, and gratuity are not included. Reservation times are at 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Once all guests have arrived, we will transition to Kizaki, where the Omakase experience begins approximately 15 to 20 minutes after the scheduled time.

This meal was amazing! It was the perfect celebration for my wife’s birthday. Chef Toshi and his team took us right back to Japan with this delicious and thoughtful meal. Each item was masterfully prepared and his team talked us through each bite.

Celebrated my husband’s 60th in an Alpenglobe. Had a lovely time and our server Mark made it very special. We enjoyed our meal and would love to come back again someday. Favorite dish was the pulpo and the bread with special house butter. The mocktails were also lovely. Meat was on the rare side, we ordered medium rare but the center was quite rare. (The pass should have checked for this before sending out.) happy we ordered the Iberico ham. Couldn’t see the Flatirons from where we were, but it was still was a lovely experience.
