Food and service were equally great!3/31/2013 12:00:00 AMDon't miss Beano's Cabin!!We went to Beano's Cabin on our last night at Beaver Creek. We did the early seating with our two boys (5 and 8). From the open air ride up the mountain to the beautiful log cabin restaurant everything was perfect. It was definitely expensive so be prepared it's a 5 course menu for adults. They had a guitarist that was wonderful, a fire going and the food was wonderful. Our waiter was attentive and knew his way around the menu...Gorgeous views all around! Well, luckily our 9 and 11 year happended to love the two speciality entre's of the night, but Micheal was quick to re-adjust with the Chef in order to provide kid friendly extras, such as personal pizza's for an app; and french fries as their side....btw...the pesto scallops were wonderful.
Of course the sleigh ride there and back is always special.

And what a treat it was!! The staff at Beaver Creek were really helpful and friendly in getting us all on the sleigh and had a great welcome at the restaurant. Loved the food and atmosphere. Very memorable experience. My 9 month old niece was also very welcome and the restaurant did have a nice family atmosphere. Only let down was that the end of the meal was very rushed and we weren't offered coffee etc, the bill was put on the table without us asking. We guessed they wanted the table for other customers.
