Anthony's Pier 66Family DinningIt is a wonderful place for family dinning and special occasions. The staff worked hard and steady, they kept the drinks refilled a needed, attended to everyone's need as much as they can. It was a tad busy night and we had to flag the staff for somethings we wanted.
Overall, the experience was wonderful and our graduate and family was happy. Thanks.6/15/2013 12:00:00 AMGraduation DinnerThe complimentary valet parking definitely a plus. A great table for seven gave us a view of Mt Rainier. We ordered halibut, swordfish and filet mignon followed by strawberry cheesecake, strawberry shortcake and a chocolate cake. Justin, our waiter, brought a complimentary "Congrats" dessert for our graduate (he took care of us very well throughout the evening). All meals were superb, but the swordfish was a great surprise. My son ordered it since he had not had it before. He provided a bite to two of us and we were all impressed with the flavor combinations. We drove 35 miles one way and paid more money than we normally do for a meal, but knew from past experience the food, service, and on a great night the view, would be worth it.6/14/2013 12:00:00 AMDinner with a viewWe had an early reservation after an afternoon at the symphony, so the restaurant was not crowded or noisy. Our view was spectacular at a table by the window. The food was delivered hot and cooked to perfection. We enjoyed the halibut, salmon and scallops that we ordered along with a featured wine recommended by our waiter. The burnt creme desert topped our meal. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for the view alone, but the food and service were fabulous too.6/8/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat view! Fun inventive food.Love the view! And. The food made with seasonal ingredients!6/8/2013 12:00:00 AMThe dining room and restuarantThe dining room and restuarant was wonderful also the service. However, using the valet service as a handicapped person was disappointing since we had to walk outside for a block or so to get to the restaurant. They did not have any cooper river salmon and other salmon on the menu was disappointing since it was prepared as a spinner. Basically taking strips off fish to twirl them into a circle. Overall it was great as the view was wonderful and the weather was very nice for Seattle. I have been to this restuarant before and the food was much better then. Next time we decide to go here.6/6/2013 12:00:00 AMtotally SeattleFish was phemoninal and service always pleasant. View on Sound at sunset is spectacular5/30/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat location for a special eventWe enjoyed our dining experience at Anthony's Pier 66. There were 6 of us and everything went very well. The only negative keeping this restaurant from scoring in our Top 5 favorites is the price. We will be back though.5/26/2013 12:00:00 AMBeautiful viewWe just recently were in Seattle for our son's wedding over Memorial weekend. We were a group of 6 which is hard to get a reservation for on a weekend anyway. Anthony's had time available, so we all decided to try it after a long day of sightseeing. They sat us at a window table with a great view of the sound and the sunset. Unlike similar restaurants along the wharf area, Anthony's was nice and quiet, so we could actually hold a conversation. Our waitress was excellent and very attentive. When she found out our son was just married, she brought out a huge slice of cake with "congratulations!" written on it. Everyone's meal was tasty and when we return to Seattle, we will definitely go there again.5/26/2013 12:00:00 AMCopper River King, Sockeye,Copper River King, Sockeye, and Alaskan Halibut-- all tastefully prepared and delicious! Rhubarb dessert was a winner!5/24/2013 12:00:00 AMAlways a pleasure!Copper River salmon brought us once again to Anthony's for a yearly treat. We were seated promptly by the window. Service was attentive, friendly and prompt. They even brought out a complimentary dessert for my husband's birthday, a nice touch! The salmon was excellent. The only thing I could fault, if anything were the beans which were a little tough and dried out. Everything else was a wonderful experience which will keep us coming back for more.5/19/2013 12:00:00 AMWonderful place to take outWonderful place to take out of town visitors. Great view of the waterfront.
Food seems to be better than at some of the other Anthony's locations.
If it wasn't for all the street construction in Seattle we would probably go back more often.5/19/2013 12:00:00 AMEverything was cooked to perfectionEverything was cooked to perfection. We had Mussels before our meal and two styles of fresh Halibut, fresh and delicious. Presentation was good and the service was A-1. The waiter knew the wine list and what was a good pick. The Mai Tai's came out in Whole pineapples and were a fun photo opp. Our out of town guests had a great time here. It was a Monday evening and we got a great table and it wasn't too busy. in the past huge corporate dinners were nearby and loud, not this time. Just sit back and soak in the outside views.5/13/2013 12:00:00 AMBest Rhubarb Dessert in the World! The alder planked King Salmon was perfectly cooked, the green beans which accompanied were incredibly seasoned and perfectly al dente. But the best part of all, and the reason I visit Anthony's religiously every spring is THE RHUBARB SLUMP!!! I've never been a fan of rhubarb until someone once shared their slump with me. Now I go out of my way every Spring to ask when it's on the menu.
We went for Mother's Say, and my adult children unfortunately went to the wrong Anthony's, making them a half hour late for our reservation on a day that is difficult to get reservations. Anthony's happily accommodated us at a very nice booth with a great view. A perfect Mother's Day!5/12/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat crab cakes; better viewUpstairs at Anthonys enjoys one of, if not the, best view while dining in Seattle. Neither I nor my guests over the past ten years have ever eaten anything that wasn't great: salmon, amazing halibut, salads, everything. But the crab cakes are the best in town that I've found. And I've looked high and low. These things are 100% crab. No filling. Amazing. So if you're looking for a romantic dinner, drinks in the sun on their bar-deck, or a special occasion or business dinner, this is the spot. Oh, and free valet parking.4/30/2013 12:00:00 AMNot my first visit here; itsNot my first visit here; its always a favorite if I have a downtown event to attend, in this case Jersey Boys matinee. Our waiter was very attentive, and no one had anything negative to say about any dish. My halibut was delicious and perfectly cooked. There were six of us, so we had appetizers to share. The Tower, though pricey, is very tasty. They even bumped the portions a little at no charge, as one member does not eat clams, our second appy. Also, came an hour earlier than our reservation due to some members of the party being hungry NOW, and were accommodated with no issues.4/27/2013 12:00:00 AMSpecial occasion - worthSpecial occasion - worth the trip from Puyallup - excellent food4/20/2013 12:00:00 AMA friend and I had a veryA friend and I had a very enjoyable evening at this Seattle establishment. The water setting is very nice and we had a very good meal. Both of us order seafood - halibut and salmon with oysters for our appetizer. All were done very well with just the right amount of seasoning. The seafood chowder was very tasty. A good selection of Washington State wines. Would definitely go back again.4/20/2013 12:00:00 AMA great romantic dinnerMy wife and I enjoyed our dinners very much. We were there for our 12th wedding anniversary. I noted in our reservation request that it was our anniversary and that we would like a table with a view. They did not disappoint! Our table had a spectacular view of Puget Sound, the Wheel and Safeco & Qwest fields!! I feel bad not remembering our waiter's name but he was outstanding. Very personable and we had a lot of fun interaction with him. Overall we had a great time and will definitely come back for dinner again.4/20/2013 12:00:00 AMAnthony's is always great.Anthony's is always great. Good food and service. Always consistent.4/18/2013 12:00:00 AMWe truly enjoyed our RestaurantWe truly enjoyed our Restaurant Week dinner. The menu was varied and generous. As Anthonys go, this one has a nice atmosphere, quieter than the Everett location and the service was excellent. I recommend it to visitors and locals alike. We'll certainly return on a future visit to the city.4/15/2013 12:00:00 AMWonderful. Loved the optionWonderful. Loved the option of making reservations from our iphone!3/25/2013 12:00:00 AMAnthony's Pier 66 is all aroundAnthony's Pier 66 is all around a wonderful experience. The place was very busy and our server was still able to give us a good deal of attention and fill every request. the drinks were always full. All the food that was ordered, starting with the appetizers all the way to dessert, was wonderful. Great flavors, hot when it came to the table, presentation was inviting, and our dessert was personal. I was there for my birthday and they wrote happy 31st birthday with my name in chocolate! I almost didn't want to eat it but I'm glad that I did!2/23/2013 12:00:00 AM
