AAA Four Diamond restaurant located at the Virginia Beach oceanfront, Zoës originally opened in 2003, and re-opened under new ownership on March 16, 2009. Renowned sommelier Marc Sauter, as well as devoted restaurant goers Bill and Joni Greene, to continue the Zoës legacy with the same great location, friendly staff, soothing ambience, and award-winning food and spirits.

Hands down the best restaurant I've ever been to in the 757! Our food was out of this world amazing. Service 100/10 down to the valet 🙌🏾 everyone was so happy to work there and that says a lot. Our server tanner was amazing we never felt neglected not once he was super attentive. I can't wait to come back 🥰

Found Zoe’s Steak & Seafood while web surfing for restaurants to try on our annual vacation to Virginia Beach. What a find! We were greeted at the door by the hostess, who informed us that we would be seated at the Chef’a table for our meal. A very nice touch. The hostess indicated the chef would be sending out small bites throughout the meal for us to try in addition to what we ordered. After settling in at a very comfortable and roomy banquette table (6 people could easily sit there), we ordered some wine by the glass (Pinot Grigio for my wife and a Zinfandel for me). These choices were made after hearing the seafood special (halibut), and seeing a salmon dish on the regular menu. While we were sipping our wine and deciding on dinner the chef sent out an amuse bouche of salmon mousse on a fresh local cucumber slice. Very fresh salmon and a nice crisp cucumber made a very tasty combination. We started of meal sharing a grilled peach and burrata salad with prosciutto. The salad was a perfect balance of tastes and textures. Delicious! While relaxing after the salad we were offered another tasting from the chef, this time it was soft shelled crab perfectly fried and accompanied by greens and fresh herbs. It was such a great little dish I suggested to the waiter that chef should consider adding it as a seasonal appetizer special. Our meal was perfectly paced, with just the right amount of time between courses. Andrew, our primary waiter, and the rest of the staff were outstanding! They were experts at anticipating our needs throughout the meal. The halibut was simply coated with salt and pepper then pan sautéed and served with exceptional seasonings, sauces and sides. My wife said it was amazing. The Ora king salmon was coated with a red curry glaze and pan sautéed then accompanied by shrimp, forbidden rice, peas all served in a delicious sauce. Scrumptious! Zoe’s is now on our vacation dining rotation in VA Beach! You will not be disappointed!

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Heather was simply fantastic. Sitting at the chef’s table is way too much fun! Food was superb. The culinary team there takes traditional dishes and amps them up to the nth degree. Wine list was really great too.

Would like to say they met my expectations which is to have an enjoyable and delicious dinner. However, this time, they exceeded my expectations. We were celebrating our 44th wedding anniversary and on the reservation I noted that a few years ago they had blueberry cobbler on the menu which every bit as tasty as my Grandmothers's. In fact, I stated if she hadn't already passed, I would have sworn she was in the kitchen. On the request, I noted I hoped they would have the cobbler again. After finishing our entrees and having a cup of coffee while waiting to see the dessert selections, our waitress and manager came to the table with a full blueberry cobbler. The manager told me it was a new pastry chef and she had shown him my comments on the reservation. It was his opportunity to achieve the same level of perfection with a cobbler that his predecessor had met. Glad to say the bar was reached. Greatly surprised and satisfied when we left. By the way, there was enough cobbler to take back to the hotel and enjoy today. There was a fantasy football team meeting going so I sad to say, they were not loud enough for me to get any good tips for my upcoming fantasy draft. Next time tell them to talk louder!

This place is AMAZING. 10/10. I’m genuinely still thinking about the food I had. So I’m not really what I’d consider the standard clientele for a place like this BUT the staff was so friendly, knowledgable, and kind. We were celebrating my husband’s Birthday and when we arrived the staff had made a birthday card for him and signed it, all of them! Which was honestly such a sweet and thoughtful gesture. Our waiter was so nice, helped us choose a wine, and was attentive — all the staff who interacted with us were attentive and kind. Each course we had was delicious. I’m not an oyster fan at all, but the Rockefeller Oysters we had and the charcuterie board as our starters were DELICIOUS. My husband ordered a Ribeye steak and I had their Surf & Turf, the steaks were cooked perfectly, my lobster tail was delicious - with all of it nestled into a bed of absolutely delicious mashed potatoes with peas and string beans. My absolute favorite part of all of this was the dessert — my husband ordered their Blondie?? Y’all, it comes with ROSEMARY ICE CREAM — and i know what you’re thinking…rosemary?? YES, it was delicious in a heavenly sort of way. The rosemary taste is light, followed by the creaminess of the ice cream itself and then ends on a soft whisper of rosemary that is blended so perfectly. The blondie itself is divine and they even added a cute Happy Birthday chocolate piece and a candle to the plate when they brought it out! I had their chocolate torte and it was so decadent and silky and rich. I will say this is definitely upscale, so the bill was quite the price tag but we were going all out for my husband, but every last dollar was worth it for the experience we had here. I will probably think about this meal for quite some time. My compliments to all of the staff, the chefs, the hostess, and even the girl who was our valet; every last one of them made that night such a wonderful and memorable experience!!
