We booked for 7.30 but arrived early &n the restaurant accommodated us. Food was great with lots of Gluten Free options, which was important for the 3 Coeliacs in our group. Service was friendly & presented with a smile. We will use again.

This was our fourth visit to a Zizzi restaurant and whilst being perfectly acceptable, the food did not quite measure up to the higher standards set by the other three restaurants. That said we would use again if in the Greenwich area.

Preconcert meal and got us completely in the mood. Extremely friendly and competent service. Definitely needed to book

Me and my partner come here regularly because we live so locally and love the menu, however the Greenwich branch cannot handle it when it is busy and to be honest the service isn't GREAT even when it's not busy, the food is always left on the counter and waiters just walk past and ignore it. Last week when we visited we had a booking, when we arrived was told by the manager that we didn't have a booking because it wasn't on the system. I showed her the confirmation email but we were still treated as though we were lying. The restaurant was super busy but we were seated upstairs, our waitress was really nice and helpful BUT the food took an hour to come out.

Starter and desserts was really good, I ordered a lamb shank for my main meal however it was cold on both occasions, the first one didnt even look cooked. Waitress really looked after us, would go back but wouldn't order the lamb shank

Disappointed with this restaurant. Service was terribly poor, waitresses completely lost in the venue. Food was good whenever it came. When we were finishing last drink we were invited to pay the bill and leave as they wanted to close the place. I would not recommend this restaurant

Disappointingly, despite Zizi being active on OpenTable, the restaurant in Greenwich had no record of our booking and no table was available. Luckily, the team there found a table for us but were not particularly happy given how busy it was. Turns out we were not the only ones with this booking issue via OpenTable app.

Good service by a new girl, the restaurant tables by the window seats could do with some TLC as this has obviously been an amazing restaurant during its time of reopening with the new decor. The food was amazing as always xx

It was all about the view which is amazing. The food and service were ok. What you would expect. The top terrace and view across the Thames is the reason to go.
