   If the restaurant is closed why can you book a table. I booked a table for 7pm Sunday. I got an email saying booking was accepted. However when I arrived the place was closed. Fail.

   I arrived for my birthday celebration with my husband and son on the evening of Saturday 21 February 2015. Sadly we were told by the staff that the restaurant had to close due to an incident. They claim they tried to contact me. I was very dissappointed and on checking my phone I received no missed calls. I would have appreciated an text message or email or voice message.

   I went to this restaurant with some friends on NYE, we had pre booked and so were sat straight away, though it was clear that they were very busy. However, we then waited for over 20 minutes for our anyone to take our order; in the end I had to go over to a waitress and request to be seen. We ordered our food and drinks all at together, yet we still waited a further 30 minutes for our drinks, and after seeing a table that were seated long after us get theirs, a friend of mine complained, sure enough our drinks arrived soon after, but by this point we had waited over 50 minutes from the time we were seated just for a drink!! The food came out around 20 minutes later and I must say was very tasty, so no complaints there. I do sympathise with the staff for being so overrun that night, but it was not a good experience and was certainly poor customer service. They seemed to care far more about getting as many people through the door as possible, than they did about those actually in the restaurant already. Overall, I do not advise anyone to go here on a busy night; as you will be extremely underwhelmed with the treatment you receive.

   Very busy night but service was very slow, starters came straight away but then had to wait 30 mins for main to come after taking plates away and when it did come it was cold and they offered to put it back in oven for me which is better than nothing I guess, food was average. Then had to wait 20 mins to pay my bill, also only have 2 single toilets and one wasn't working.

   Had to sort out a quick dinner before a New Years party, managed to book this place the day before and it was all great.

   We took our friends out for a dinner. Good location, fantastic view creates a great athmosphere. During summer time outside seating also available. Service staff is well groomed, attentive and always polite with a great smile. The only downside some of the menu items were not available which is shame however I cannot fault the quality of food . Overall great experience and would recommend this restaurant

   The pizza was sparse on topping and the base was soggy. First time my kids did not eat their pizza ( usually Zizzi is their favorite place).

    A view overlooking the river was pleasant. The new skewers were a welcome change. Good service and not rushed.
