   Zambra never disappoints. Their revolving menu always provides new variety with a unique twist to the food. The decor and ambiance are great for a romantic date or an evening out with the girls. I highly recommend Zambra. Definitely make reservations.

   My wife and I had dinner there a few nights ago, we had heard it had a great reputation, and it lived up to all our expectations. The food was fantastic. Apparently all the portion sizes are about appetizer sized, which we didn't realize to begin with, but the wine list was extensive. I just wish they had a slightly better beer selection, but good over all.

   Very good small plates restaurant, each plate created individually with care and plenty of spice. Try the Brussels sprouts, the best anywhere.

   We visited Zambra to celebrate our wedding anniversary this year. We were easily able to make a reservation on OpenTable, and when we called to let the restaurant know we'd arrive 5-10 minutes late, they were accommodating. We were given a quiet table in a cute little back nook of the restaurant - perfect for our celebration. Our server was fantastic. We had some particular questions about ingredients in the food, and she was able to answer all of them easily. She was attentive to our timing and ready to take our order for each round of tapas. The food was excellent, beautifully presented, and we shared 4 or 5 dishes. We topped off our delicious dinner with a piece of their flourless chocolate cake with salted cashews and raspberry sauce and some coffee, which they brewed fresh. It was all perfect!

   Zambra was fantastic!! I've actually never had a bad experience there. I love the standard small plates and the rotating menu always has great options also. The atmosphere is perfect for a quiet dinner or celebration.

   Food was absolutely incredible, every item we ordered was well cooked, seasoned, and simply tasted amazing. However, our service left much to be desired. Considering the varied number of courses/items we had and that each had a number of different flavors I would have expected to have our small plates changed out at some point during the meal. Never happened. Our dessert was to be eaten on the same small appetizer plate as our first appetizer. Our server probably missed the opportunity to earn additional tip money based on total expenditure. However, she never stopped by to see if were out of drinks or needed more food.

   Made a last minute reservation. Was very pleased. Atmosphere and server were great. Food was good. Impressed with bar staff, knowledge of drinks was impressive. Would highly recommend as a stop on your visit to Asheville.

   My experience at Zambra was amazing! The food was excellent. They had live music playing which was really cool. The tapas were reasonably priced and they have a huge wine menu. The service was pretty good. Friendly waitress who was helpful. The inside is chic and romantic. I would recommend for a special occasion. We went for New Year's Eve. Over all I really loved this place!

    This Asheville gem is a favorite of ours for a great romantic evening or a night out with friends. The menu offers an extensive array of choices for a satisfying gastronomic experience. In addition to their vast wines list they make a great sangria. The service is always exceptional. A reservation is highly recommended. Parking is available across the street in the city garage.
