First time customers. We will be back. Food was superb. Service was excellent. The servers took the time to allow us to explore the rooms which had a lot of memorabilia, and explain what the rooms were to the original owners.
Great food, fun atmosphere, great service. You must order the roasted garlic appetizer!
The service is amazing! You will feel so welcomed and at home here. Plus, the food is fantastic and the coffee is FANTASTIC!
We chose Yesterday’s, one of our most favorite restaurants, to enjoy dinner in honor of our 36th wedding anniversary. Enjoyed the best prime rib dinner you can get. Also, the Brie appetizer, salad, green beans, stuffed baked potato were amazing!!!
This was our first time at Yesterday's and we will definitely be back! The food was amazing as was the service. We were celebrating our anniversary and were surprised that the staff took the time to sing to us, give us goofy hats, and then take and even print the picture right there for us. It was a great experience and we are looking forward to our next visit!
Wonderful visit. They are short staffed due to the “new normal” economy, but they stepped up and delivered a great meal with excellent service. We brought friends this time and they were equally delighted. Highly recommend
The ambiance of this hidden treasure is outstanding, as is the welcoming environment overall. The service we received was impeccable as was the quality of food. We were disappointed by the absence of their signature desserts, but the reason was explained and understandable. The price point is steep, making this best for special occasions. We highly recommend a visit!
We love Yesterdays!!! They make you feel at home when dining… even though they are short on staff they all are working hard and making sure experience is amazing!!
Try the chicken lips and burrito it’s amazing..
The owners and staff at Yesterday’s are welcoming, friendly and very efficient and the food is fabulous. The drinks are out of this world and the bartender, Carol, is excellent!
Our reservation was for 5, when we arrived the door was locked and didn’t unlock the door until almost 5:20. Waiter was slow. We finally left at 6:55, and we only had 1 appetizer and an entree. The lemonade martini was awful. I ordered the walleye and although the top was crunchy, the bottom was soggy and I was unable to eat it. I don’t plan on returning. For the cost, we could have gone to corndance.
Service and food were vat none staff so friendly and the food was so fresh!! Thank you
Yesterday's dinner is by far my favorite restaurant in town! The atmosphere is charming. The service is spectacular. And the food is absolutely amazing.
We had an 8 pm reservation. Our table was not ready until 8:25, due to needing to push two tables together to accommodate our party of 6 (one table took awhile to clear). Once seated, we were treated very well by our waiter, Kathy (Cathy?). She is excellent. We were never rushed. The food is excellent. The portions are very generous. The service is excellent. Currently they are able to accommodate a limited number of tables, due to a shortage of staff. Their desserts are reported to be excellent, but their pastry chef is out due to a medical issue, and thus this was not an option. We would not have had the space, anyway. We were all quite full. Next time, maybe I’ll just do appetizers and dessert.
We went for our anniversary and it was a wonderful experience. Food was excellent. the staff were friendly and the atmosphere was perfect. Great time.
We have gone to Yesterday's for special occasions over the years. Usually, top notch on all levels. Unfortunately, we did not have that experience this time. I'm hoping that's due to the economy, supply chains & labor market in general. I believe they will get back to their usual level of service & food quality.
You can’t eat your entire meal generally so having an app or dessert is just gluttonous. We love everything about Yesterday’s and when you see the pies you won’t want to leave. 28 years old and so fun. Delightful owners and staff.
We will be back!!
We always come here for both of our birthdays and our anniversary. Always a great time and the service is always amazing.
We are locals. Food has always good here but we had relinquished to carry out due to inattentive dine in service. We decided to give it one more try. We had a young server named Will, who was outstanding. We had him wait on us again last night. We will be back again. I hope management realizes that they should use Will as their performance standard for service.
Really enjoyed our food. Everything was excellent!
Reservations were made noting 35th anniversary. They did not acknowledge it
The entire experience was amazing along with the music. Loved everything about it. Thanks so much for one of the best date-nights so far.
One our faves that we’ve enjoyed for the last 15 years. Dessert is the best part💚
My filet was over done but still delicious. The rest of the food was amazing as usual. I love Yestedays!!!
Great live music and food was amazing! So we’re the cocktails and service ! Definitely will be back
Chris was amazing!! He made our experience so very enjoyable snd went out of his way to make sure we were well taken care of
Everyone in our party was happy with the meal they chose. The filet was cooked perfectly. Coconut cod was exceptional, burger was wonderful and the blackened salmon was perhaps the best I’ve ever eaten. Our server was attentive and pleasant. Overall, a great experience.
Placed our order around 6:15 - 6:20 and were served at 7:30. The meat (12 oz. prime rib) was not prepared as ordered. Ordered "medium". It was well done, tough & cold as were the potatoes (garlic mashed). The salad was very good as was my wife's crab cake. Wanted to order dessert but were with an elderly couple who wanted to get home.
Not a satisfactory experience.
We will return and hope to have a better experience. My recommendation to others would be based on past experiences - not last night.
We started out with the Brie appetizer; it was awesome
Our entrees included prime rib, crab cakes, prime rib salad and the coconut shrimp. Everything was cooked to perfection, no complaints at our table.
We shouldn't have but we had to have dessert. One banana split, cheesecake topped with peaches and cheesecake topped with strawberries. Everyone took home most of their desserts. I was able to get two more servings out of it. LOVED it!
Our server was great, very attentive.
Our only complaint is that the chairs are so uncomfortable. We sat for almost two hours and it was very difficult. Need a little cush on those wooden chairs, please.
Overall, we loved the place and will be back.
Fantastic service and food. The deserts are amazing.
Arrived 20 minutes early for our reservation. Was told we would be seated at the exact time and was asked to wait outside. We were not seated until nearly 15 minutes AFTER our reservation. Seems we were forgotten. Seated at an extremely small table with my chair directly over an air conditioning register. I was encouraged to put the menu over the register (on the floor) if it was too cold. It was (too cold) and I did (menu on the floor). Prime rib was over cooked. It was ordered medium rare and we received it well done (no pink whatsoever with grill marks across the body of the prime rib). Upon cutting another piece which was now at medium, we were told if we wanted medium rare we should really order it rare. The baked sweet potato was supposed to have cinnamon butter, but instead it was served plain. The prime rib was cooked to the right temperature (medium rare), but unfortunately it was rather tasteless despite being wrapped in bacon. The baked sweet potato did have the cinnamon butter and turned out to be the highlight of the meal (along with the bread). A martini we ordered on the menu at $9.95 ended up on our bill at $12.50. Somehow, I must have missed that pricing update. Ordered dessert (cheesecake) to go, which was provided for free due to the prime rib situation. As always, the cheesecake was first rate. In our experience, that’s the reason to dine here. Going forward, we will limit our order to just that…dessert. We really wanted to support local, small business for our meal. But we can’t continue to spend that kind of money (in excess of $100 for a dinner for 2), for that kind of meal and service. The money is not the issue, but rather what we got (or not) in return.
The portions are always generous and the taste impeccable. Dessert is always a must.
We had a great experience. It's been probably 10 years since when have been here. Wish we lived a little closer to make this an regular place to eat.
Some of the best food in the area! Absolutely loved everything and all the homemade sauces, the pink flamingo drink was beautiful and tasty. We will be back soon!
Very enjoyable evening! Able to enjoy a meal without being rushed through.
Portions are gigantic, wait staff is kind and seasoned, atmosphere is delightfully quirky and welcoming, and food is always great. If you're looking for a fun night out with a lot of really tasty food, Yesterday's is the place. Tons of outdoor dining in the summer and a great tiki bar. They had live music when we went (Sat night) and everyone left happy!
50 year anniversary
Always excellent food and pleasant atmosphere, Bill, Yvonne and Carol are awesome!
Celebrated our 21st anniversary at Yesterday’s. Atmosphere was perfect. All staff were friendly, engaging….just delightful. Food was scrumptious as always.
Delicious food, outstanding service at a very reasonable price. Large portions, with leftovers to enjoy today.
The food was very good. Their desserts are out of this world and the service was excellent.
