I have been to Yuatcha broadgate many times so I was looking forward to trying the soho restaurant Unfortunately not the best experience. Myself and my friend went for an early dinner. Our mains came out 15 mins apart so I had to send mine back. My friends seafood main came out cold and had to be sent back. It was very disappointing. When I said I wasn’t happy that the mains came out 15 mins apart I was told that they’re sent out as soon as ready. I go to a restaurant to eat with the people I’m with not separately. Anyway we were offered a free desert which we declined as neither of us have a sweet tooth and then the manager said he would take the service charge off the bill!!!! All in all not a great experience

Had a great meal here for my nannas 80th birthday. Great food, excellent service, and we had a brilliant time. Thank you to our server Rachel at the Soho branch for making our experience so great

Starters were okay, cold mains and two out of the four dessert not available.....poor for a restaurant of standard.

Beautiful place to eat. Took my Mrs here for her birthday & she loved it. They even brought out our desserts with a palette with Happy Birthday written on it in white chocolate (they didn’t have to do that!). You get what you pay for and I mean that literally. Over £100 bill but super worth it, soo much food and it tastes amazing! We are big eaters and we had to take the food takeaway, it was honestly alot. Couldn’t recommend enough.

I always have loved Yauatcha and this experiance will be my last. As a veg I loved the options here but asking the waiter if the changes to the menu he had no idea! I asked for the signature soyaben mushroom dish which was unavailable M. The waiter didn’t give me any ogre options . All the other options were carbs based and trying to be mindful of having veggie based protein no other option was provided Service was poor which I am surprised by. Took 30 mins for the bill, over 30 min mins for drinks
