   Not the restaurant it used to be. Did sum is still good. Everything else is poor. Service is wooden.

   Regularly eaten here and at the City location for many years. Today was very disappointing. Over cooked chicken, ‘claggy’ rice and shrinkflation on the prawn roll. Will seriously consider if worth keeping on my ‘go to list’.

   Disappointing experience — poor management ruined my only night in London I arrived exactly at the time of my reservation, but my table wasn’t ready. Upstairs was busy, but there were clearly plenty of free tables downstairs. I was asked to wait at the bar and, when I mentioned I was hoping for a quick dinner, they offered to serve me there. Unfortunately, dining at the bar meant virtually no service — just a bartender taking my order, so no opportunity to ask for recommendations or get any attention. Some of my food arrived cold, but there was no one around to speak to about it. Despite this, they still asked for a service charge and a tip. I was the only guest eating at the bar, while tables in the main dining area began to free up — yet no one offered to move me inside. I didn’t order anything else and decided to leave. This was supposed to be my only dinner in London, and the experience was sadly disappointing — especially coming from a restaurant that used to be one of my favorites in the city. The staff seemed ok, but it’s clear that poor management is behind the decline in service quality.

   An excellent meal enjoyed by both the adults and children. Good advice from server to try a dish we wouldn’t have picked and all really enjoyed. Will definitely be back to try some dishes!

   Food and service very good. Tables/furniture extremely uncomfortable and vibe is definitely a bit off. Pricy for what it is.

   We had the £45 menu, which allowed you to request more of your most favourite Dim Sum's. On top of the DimSums"s you had a choice of main course - which was quite substantial. In actual fact we took home one of the main dishes - which was beautifully packed - as we had eaten our full. The restaurant is immaculate, as are the toilets. The service was attentive. Most definitely to be recommended.

   The food was excellent and the crispy duck the best we have ever had. Really unusual venue that was not quite as expected but good nonetheless. Service was prompt and efficient. Restaurant is in Soho so bill is fairly substantial but offers reasonable value.
