   Woodside Bakery and Cafe was a wonderful place to go and get Bakery needs and a wonderful Cafe in the Woodside Community. Jan and Mark Sweyer live in the town of Woodside and were only on a month to month lease for the past 15 plus years. That is not how to run a business. George and Christine Roberts should have put them on a yearly lease. Now the town of Woodside is going to have 2 back to back restaurants. Who is going to be the next to leave for the shops in the mall are all on Month to month leases. George and Christine Roberts have bad business reputation. I support Mark and Jan for they have done nothing but contribute to the town of Woodside, and I thank them Kindly for having the Best Bakery and Cafe Woodside could of ever had!

   We have frequented Woodside Bakery and Cafe weekly for the past 6 years. Sorry to see it close due to a cruel lost of lease. Mark and Jan, good luck on your future endeavors.

   This was my second time here, and the food was once again outstanding! Of note on this trip was the "from the garden" selection (even not being vegetarian, this was amazing!), and the risotto side dish. A troubling bit of information that came up from a table-mate...they may be closing due to lease negotiations!! Say it isn't so, and that you can come to some kind of agreement that will keep the Woodside Bakery & Cafe open for all to enjoy! I would hate to lose such a community gem! Fingers crossed that the interested parties can come to an agreement, and soon!!

   A pretty small but wonderful restaurant! The food was delicious and the suggested wine pairings worked out well. Cozy, yes. And not exactly cheap. But totally worth it.

   Food items are hit or miss. Sometimes I forget what not to order and leave unsatisfied. My food tonight was just OK. My wife's fish was excellent. We love the melted bree and flatbread with roasted garlic and chutney. Decent wine selection and friendly service keeps us coming back. You should always try to save room for dessert.

   We had a last minute change in plans and used Open Table to reserve a table. We were worried as my son is in a wheelchair and we're weren't sure the cafe would be able to accommodate inside.. but they did! Service was great -- love the complimentary pop-overs!!! I would definitely come back.. food was as expected though my toast was a little burnt (would have preferred it if it weren't) but I ate around the burnt pieces. Nice way to spend a Sunday with my family

   Woodside must have holes in their head. Why would they mess with an institution that has all kinds of folks looking to get their coffee and snack before biking off into wonderland. The food and people are incredible. They have been there for 10 years and everyone loves the hangout.

    My panini filling was cold, and service was mediocre. The hostesses looked like they had a chip on their shoulder and did not smile at all. The ones cleaning off our tables were the nicest ones. Their house bread and pizza were good though.
