The Dosa is a south Indian crepe made from different fermented batters and a selection of different fillings. All Dosas and Uthappams (south Indian pizzas) are accompanied with Sambar (lentil dipping sauce) and freshly made chutney. We have categorised our Dosas according to the batters they are made from:

Rava Batte
