Consistently good food and renovation looks incredible. Only negative is with all of the expansion, why there are only two tiny bathrooms?
Additions to previous menu but the same quality and deliciousness! Filet was sooo tender! I should have ordered the larger one!! Expanded bar and dining, with “Wine Vault” room and another private dining room. Our favorite restaurant on the Island!! And do mot miss the creme brûlée flight for dessert!
We are never disappointed when we dine at Wiseguys
I had eaten at Wiseguys before, found the food excellent, and looked forward to going back. This time I again found the food excellent, but the service execrable. I had made reservations and we were seated promptly, at the time I had requested. We had to wait a while for our waitress, but no unduly long. Then things went down hill. Our drinks took a very long time to arrive. Only when we were finishing these did our waitress take our order. We waited and waited and she finally came and told us bread would be coming. More waiting and finally our main dish, but still no bread, which finally arrived, cold and stale, well into our meal. Upon finishing, more waiting until I got up and asked a manager for my check. This is a really good steak house that desperately needs better management.
Very good service and delicious dood
The service and quality of food was excellent. The waitress had only been there for a week, but you would not think that whatsoever. Our dinner was perfect and we will absolutely return.
Great! Next time we are in Hilton Head we will be happy to return.
Wonderful food great bartender Colin the waiter was great! Great service
Food was outstanding until we arrived at dessert. Bread pudding was more of an overcooked cake and the free birthday brownie could have come out of a box. Service was a bit slow despite a large number of servers buzzing around the room. Particularly slow was the wait to start the wait service and the gap between ordering dessert and its delivery.
Great pasta dish, beet salad, shrimp and grits. Everything was very good.
As always the food at WiseGuys is absolutely wonderful! First time back since they enlarged and reopened. We worried they would slip but that was not the case at all!!! So very good!
Excellent food and ambiance.
Best food in Hilton Head! Will eat there every evening!
Wonderful choice for a birthday dinner. Highly recommend!
Positive - scallops and desserts were good but overall experience not that goos. Reservation ran late and then put in a table that was larger than our party size. Water cup was dirty and then we had to ask for it to be replaced several times. Prime rib wasn’t a good cut. Took forever to get the check and were last in the room we were seated (remember our reservation was 30 minutes behind).
The you g girl who checked us in had a definite tone when speaking to us. She had a hard time finding our reservation and was not pleasant about it. Otherwise, the food was good, the service was good.
I miss your old menu… Specifically the pimento cheese dip and the chicken and waffles. I don’t like your new menu as much. It was still very good.
Friendly staff, great attention to detail and the food was absolutely amazing.
Loved our meal, and love the new layout of the restaurant. The bar area is especially cool, but we had a booth for two and loved that. Our food was very, very good. The service was at best a 4; she was nice but had a lot of tables to take care of. We only had one drink because nobody came to ask us if we wanted another one. All in all, a spot we highly recommend.
My husband and I were on vacation and celebrated his birthday. We had a 22 oz lobster which was great and the steak was also wonderful. I cannot complain about the food or service. I would say they could add some chunks into lobster bisque since there were none, but it still had great flavor.
The birthday dessert was also a delicious end to dinner. Almost ordered a brownie to go!
A great restaurant, good food and large menu. Early bird menu has many choices with sizable portions. New decor is really well done. Calamari appetizer alone is worth the visit.
The service was great. The food was excellent. The renovations were tastefully done.
Sat down at table around 7:30. Didn’t get meal to the table until 8:50. Rigatoni came out cold. Sent it back. Once the meal arrived hot was pleased with taste.
beginning of vacation and the end of vacation.
all the foods on the menu are fantastic. highlights? flash fried calamari and shrimp. mussels. lobster risotto. meatloaf! pan-roasted salmon. cocktails are fabulous. especially the french 75 and their dessert martinis like salted caramel & pretzel.
the menu is big enough you cannot go wrong.
It’s doubled in size. Food was excellent as was service. Only problem was noise level at the table in bar area. I’d request a table in the back dining room.
We had a excellent waitress who was very attentive and bubbly! The 4 of us had several small plates and salads. Everything was wonderful! Love the new interior!
One of the best places we have eaten in very long time!
We had a fantastic meal and will definitely go back for another fabulous steak dinner.
We were in Hilton Head celebrating our anniversary. Everything was amazing. Wish we had one in Raleigh NC
We tried the small plates menu and shared everything…short rib stuffed mushrooms…fabulous…lobster and shrimp wontons, excellent, prosciutto and fig pizzetta, wonderful…onion soup and lobster bisque were great…no room left for dessert…the Prophecy sauvignon blanc is crisp and light…wouldn’t change a thing…server…her first night, was attentive and helpful…everything arrived piping hot, just like we like it!
Great evening celebrating my husband’s birthday with friends! Attentive and friendly server on a rather busy night for the restaurant. I love the newly renovated space. Our food was delicious: we started with the Mediterranean flatbread- I ordered salmon, hubby ordered the special surf&turf, our friends had the petite filet and the rigatoni- everything was wonderful and served piping hot. Thanks WiseGuys for a lovely experience!
Our anniversary dinner at WiseGuys was incredibly disappointing. We made a reservation in advance for the special occasion to enjoy a nice quiet dinner, and instead were seated very close to a large group for a birthday party with a screaming baby when there were several other empty tables in the restaurant. My steak was flavorless, and tough to cut. They gave me the incorrect side dish and then charged me for an extra side when they brought out the correct one. We had 3 different servers come to our table asking if we needed anything and put in our dessert order, which also came out wrong and missing the ice cream? I don't know if they are trying to improve efficiency by having multiple people serve the same table, but it seems they lacked communication because one didn't know what the other was doing. Not worth the price or disappointment.
Food was outstanding. Morgan provided excellent service. Lobster was obnoxiously large and tasted great. Ronald at the bar was also pleasant, providing knowledge on bourbon. Hostesses greeted us promptly, but appeared too busy to be extremely welcoming. Thank y'all for a wonderful experience.
Everything was wonderful!!!
The food was excellent and waitress very friendly. Just forgot to bring new plates for last small plate.
Wise Guys salad needs to go back to original lettuce!&
