The Wildflowers English Tea Room, in Broomfield, serves traditional British baked goods to accompany a grand tea service, with meals as delicious as they are elegant. In this sophisticated tea room, you have three choices of service – the prince or princess tea for children 9 years of age and under and the high tea, for the rest of us. The Wildflowers English Tea Room's prince and princess tea services include homemade scones with sweet and rich Devonshire clotted cream and jam, followed by a “tea tower” filled with beautiful, bite-sized pastries and sandwiches and a glass of sparkling cider. The high tea service for adults includes the same as the prince and princess teas, except it is crafted for adult appetites and includes bottomless tea and the choice of champagne instead of sparkling cider.

The Wildflowers English Tea Room is an excellent choice for a bridal party and many other special events.

It's a little above my usual price range but is one of my "special occasion" lunch outings. Generally I have the chicken pie and creme brulee. I try to introduce friends to it as I think everyone in the Denver area should have the experience. It's a peaceful little respite through a little rose garden on a hill with a view of almost the entire metro area, mountain and plain.

My brother ordered the prime rib and he said it was best he ever had. We ordered the fish and chips and it was pretty good. Overall a good meal. Quiet, friendly atmosphere and great wait staff.

Great service and the food was mouthwatering. Great liquor list and Murphies Stout on tap

This was a great find in terms of a traditional British pub and dining menu. Unfortunately, the food lived up to the British stereotype - decidedly bland. I'm not British, so maybe it was authentic, I don't know. I just know that, while not bad, the meal we had was nothing special. The pub, on the other hand, was amazing. If you are into whisky at all, you need to check it out. Next time, I think I'll be doing a whisky flight with something off the pub menu.

This will go on my list of favorites. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and I loved the quiet and pleasant atmosphere.

I brought my wife to Wildflowers Restaurant for Mother's Day lunch on Friday since the kids were in school. We were promptly greeted at the door and found that the restaurant already had our table set for us. It took a few minutes before the waitress came over, but she was very pleasant and explained to me what a banger was when I asked. I had the "steak and stout" and it was very good! I was like a steak pot pie with a strong gravy. I also had a pot of Earl Grey tea. For dessert, I tried the English Trifle - awesome!

The other thing I noticed is that I place my reservation through Open Table and someone from the restaurant called me within five minutes to confirm my reservation.

Our party of 4 went to celebrate a 21st birthday. The restaurant is beautiful and the owner comes out to greet you. We learned they make the British cuisine from scratch! Our meals were wonderful and the service was fantastic.

If you go to the Wildflower Cafe, yes. This little gem is on the road to the Jefferson County Airport, tucked inside the Hilltop Inn--conveniently tucked away on top of the hill. If you read the menu before you come you might expect to be served slightly dreary and bland traditional English pub/cafe food. It's traditional English but there is nothing dreary or bland about the chicken mushroom pie. I scrapped up most of the delicate sauce with my chips and refrained from licking the bowl to get the last. Service was attentive but not smothering. They clearly are proud of what they offer and enjoy sharing.

They also have a selection of nice teas and for the evening an extensive list of whiskeys.

I cannot vouch for the authenticity of the food -- labelled "authentic British" -- as I have never been "across the pond", but it is delicious! The menu is a travelogue of the British Isles, with everything from Prime Rib to Shepherd's Pie to Fish and Chips. There is a vegetarian selection, too. They boast an amazing list of British beers and ales, as well as Scotch and Whiskey; wine and cocktails, too. And don't miss the house-made "crisps" (potato chips to us Yanks). They are melt-in-your mouth delectable.

We found Wildflowers to be comfortable and enjoyable. I appreciated the wait staff and their attention. Atmosphere is relaxed and not loud. Food was familiar and proper portions

A great find up by the Metro Airport. The dinning room is small but they also have a Pub that we'll try next time. The Shepard's Pie made with Lamb was so delicious. Good portions too. I was mildly surpised to have gravy on the Yorkshire pudding! We will come back to try the bangers & mash, bubble & squeek and of course, the fish and chips.

We had never visited a tea house and really enjoyed our visit. The staff was extremely friendly and ever very accommodating to our two young children even though it is not really a place for young children.
