The evening begins with Peach Bruschetta & Grilled Tuscan Prosciutto Wrapped Shrimp paired with an Aperol Spritz, followed by Grilled Swordfish paired with a Fresh Lime Daiquiri, Peppercorn Crusted Beef Tenderloin paired with a Blackberry Mint Julep and ends with a Strawberry Lemon Curd Tart paired with a Strawberry Smash. Brad Wermager, Director of Wine & Spirits, will join us to discuss the cocktails. Dinner begins at 6:30pm, please arrive at least 15 min early to check in.
