Very nice for an anniversary date. Our waiter was outstanding and attentive. Food was really well prepared and filling.
It’s a great venue for special occasions
We started with crab cakes. Delicious.
For entrees we had the filet medallions and macadamia crusted halibut. Two of our favorites. Our server Erick A. Was attentive and on top of my food allergies. Great service!
I’m pleased very good food and fast service I would recommend
Overall experience was amazing. The prom rid and filet medallions were amazing!
Food was very good, service was outstanding but you ruined it adding a 3% processing fee that I never noticed and paid a tip on. I called and talked to the manager and didn't get the feeling he really cares and his explanation is everyone is doing it. Well, we eat out a lot and just finished a 2 week vacation of and can say NO ONE else had a surcharge. There are plenty of nice restaurants in the Schaumburg area so I will not be returning. I am a good tipper all through the covid experience but for you to tell me after spending $300 on a meal for 4 that you are doing this to not raise prices is ridiculous.
I took my husband to Wildfire to celebrate Sweetest Day and it was both our first time there. When we arrived we got seated right away (we did have a reservation). The waiter came and greeted us right away and got us drinks which was nice, the atmosphere was very nice and the service was as well. I did not like what I ordered which was the chicken and baby back rib combo with au gratin potatoes, it was not that good and my husband got the filet mignon and said that it was just OK. We would not go back due to the food not being that good but the atmosphere and the service was great.
We went there on our Anniversary. The food and the service were excellent. Our waitress was very personable and even took our picture. I would recommend it to anyone.
First time dining at Wildfire tonight. Ambiance was nice. Our server was nice as well. As far as the food. Our steaks was mixed up. I ordered medium & my husband ordered medium rare. My fries were cold and my husband baked potato was dried out. The steaks was seasoned well but mixing them up was a little disappointing, as we didn’t enjoy our food as much as we’d hoped. Maybe I will give it a second try but I haven’t decided on that just yet.
Young man was cleaning sweeping at the table next to us which I do not find very sanitizing while eating.
Excellent food and very attentive service.
Good great and food was hot. Went on a Wednesday so not as busy.
Angela was the perfect server: she gave us great advice on the wine and the steaks and EVERYONE LOVED their meals! Thanks for a great evening!
Great time out with the family. Nice place, great food, and even better service.
Service was just mediocre. Definitely have seen a decline in the service. The menu is limited, while a big price increase. We asked for the corn bread with the roll basket. Couldn’t get the corn bread unless we bought a $13 loaf. That was shocking. Bread basket wasn’t refilled. The double stuffed baked potato should definitely be back. I don’t understand why it isn’t!
Have been at this location many times as well as other Wildfire locations. On my last visit the food quality had seemed to drop. Mushroom crusted porkchop was tough and very dry, baked sweet potato looked like it was leftover from the day before. Server was very friendly just stretched too thin.
Wonderful service and delicious food.
Great food and great service
Everything was fantastic!!
Service was exceptional, dining outdoors, they were attentive with professional attitudes. Everyone ordering something different: filet cooked to perfection, the skirt steak with pineapple marinade was excellent, the rotisserie chicken was moist and tender!
The food and service are always wonderful! They are very accommodating with seating needs, even last minute changes as capacity allows. Highly recommended!
We were there for a birthday dinner. We are big fans of Wildfire. We typically visit the Oak Brook location, but this time decided to shop out in Woodfield. Everything was excellent. We were just disappointed that they didn’t offer the Martini flight anymore. We still ordered martinis, but the flights give you more variety. Phil was our waiter, all the staff was great. Overall a Great Experience.
We enjoyed two special occasions! The food and service was amazing as always!
Overall good experience. Our waiter was good and the food was excellent. My only issue was the host stand they tried to seat us in the bar at a high top that did not accommodate the number of guests. When I asked to be moved to the dining room audibly huffed and said “I’ll let you know” I told her I didn’t mind waiting. The second lady at the host stand looked embarrassed for her and pointed to a table on the seating chart. We were there for a little over an hour and in that time the room was never more than about 75% full. I asked our waiter if they were short staffed and he said “no but it doesn’t fill up in here for another hour or so.” The hosts are the first folks you meet and the last folks you see on the way out. The lady who huffed needs some additional training. It was a lousy way to start the night.
A very busy Thursday evening didn't phase the chef! Our steaks were perfect; Filet mignon at medium+ and a Porterhouse at medium rare+. Service is a little stretched but it's a sign of the times and our server was totally on-point. The only thing I don't love about this place is the lack of linens on the table. It's a nice enough spot. Price point calls for linen but expect a wet tabletop instead.
Always a perfect experience! It’s definitely our go to place. Eric, our waiter was wonderful. Very accommodating to my gluten-free needs. Happy we chose to celebrate our anniversary dinner with wildfire.
Excellent service and ambiance. Sharon A was attentive and friendly.
For a Tuesday evening, the restaurant was crowded. However, the high standards were not affected. The Manhattans were perfectly made. We ordered the Tuesday night turkey dinners that were tasty and generously served. It was a good sign to see life edging closer to normal.
Our waitress who liked to be called Red. She was the best, great service for our Anniversary. We would highly recommend Wildfire.
The food and service were excellent. We will definitely go back.
We were entertaining Senator Darren Bailey and discussing his running for governor so it’s kind of a big event for us. And we were not let down because the food was excellent and the service was great. Very nice atmosphere very enjoyable evening the only criticism I would have is the acoustics aren’t that good and it’s fairly noisy. It would’ve been nice if it was a little more subdued but that did not get in the way of really great meals and good service.
Great food, prime rib was perfect. And the service was top notch
Food was great tonight, had the Filet Trio Medallion (always get) and it was perfectly cooked and hit the spot.
Family dinner for 6
Get the Cherry Pie AWESOMENESS on a fork
Very good food, nice atmosphere
