Step back in time to when going out for dinner meant something really special. From the decor to the jazz music, Wildfire has the style and warmth that makes it perfect for celebrating with friends or a quiet evening for two. The extensive menu features broiled steaks and chops, wood-roasted seafood and roasted meats, all prepared in an open kitchen. Signature dishes include Horseradish Crusted Filet Mignon, Macadamia Nut Crusted Halibut, Wildfire Chopped Salad and Cedar Planked Salmon. So order a signature martini or one of our many wines by the glass, then sit back and enjoy the 1940s supper club experience of Wildfire.

    Join us for a custom 5 course menu paired with a Brassfield wine to complement. The evening begins with Brie & Crab Bisque paired with Sauvignon Blanc, followed by Pan-Fried Skate paired with Serenity Rosé of Pinot Noir, Porcini Crusted Filet Mignon paired with Eruption Proprietary Red Blend and ends with a Dark Chocolate Cherry Hazelnut Torte paired with Cabernet Sauvignon. Rose Rafferty, Central Regional Manager, will join us to discuss the pairings. Dinner begins at 6:30pm, please arrive at least 15 min early to check in. At the time of checkout, we appreciate it if you pre-select the gratuity for your service staff that evening to facilitate the check-in process.               Every time we sit with John (Yanni) is spectacular. We ask for him every time. Food is fantastic and while it's very loud in the main room, it's a lovely place for a great meal.

              I was there for a business meal and my colleagues and I enjoyed our dinner! Our waiter was wonderful and we had a nice booth in the prime area.

              Very good experience. A little crowded and feels on top of each other. Maybe offer more booths? For me spending a lot of money and sitting at a table would not do it.

              This place is simply outstanding. I have been there many times now and and still one of my favorite places to eat at I haven’t had one bad dish yet. Everything here is delicious. Management is super friendly. They will Come to the table and talk to you and the servers are top notch.
