Some service bumps during the meal but the management team led by GM Alfonso, were quick to address the gaps. This place is a landmark in Seattle and so convenient if you are going downtown for an event at Benaroya Hall or Art Museum.

The menu was great, with a variety of choices, mostly Asian fusion, and it was quite good, but not excellent. They also had a good wine selection. My main issue was that they did not bring out all the entrees at the same time. There was probably a 10 or 15 minute delay between the first entree and the last. This made things a bit awkward, as the other diners did not want to eat while the last diner was waiting.

We had a great waiter! Enjoyed every minute! He was humorous and attended to our table, greeting is, taking our order, while checking on us while serving others.

We have been enjoying Wild Ginger since its beginning on Western. All these years later, we still enjoy the high quality food and service. It is predictable in a very good way.

I have been taking business clients here for 20 years, and it remains a favorite. The food is just so good. The service last night was much slower than usual. I would consider that an anomaly and not my usual experience. Perhaps you were short-staffed. I look forward to coming back.
