   West Park Bistro is one of our 'go to' places for well-prepared food, a great staff, and an atmosphere of warmth & quiet elegance. It is also a place where our family has hosted special events....we especially like the wine room. We always feel welcome and love this restaurant!

   Our waiter was so attentive and polite. Made a our special ever more special. The food was so amazing and basically the entire staff were so nice.

   Had Valentines day reservations at 7:30. Showed up 7:27, told wait was 1.5 hours. Laughed and walked away. I'll never spend a dime here and not let anyone I know go here. Horrible restaurant.

   We had a 7:15 reservation on Valentine’s Day. When we arrived at 7:15, we were told it would be an hour and a half wait to sit down, even with a reservation. As someone who used to be in the restaurant business, I can appreciate that Valentine’s Day is a very busy day, but either take less reservations or learn how to better turn tables.

   Had a reservation, but upon arrival was put on a waitlist stating it would be 1.5 hours for a table. Once finally seated, we were completely ignored for over 20 minutes. Nobody came by to even take a drink order. Horrible service, so we ended up walking out without ordering anything and went to Town instead. (which is infinitely better)

   One of the worst Valentines dinner experience ever. The restaurant is very disorganized on serving the food and had a lot of mix ups and delays. The food also did not meet expectations as a preset 3 courses menu. Unfortunately with such a poor experience tonight, we will not return to visit.

   West Park Bistro is one of our favorite restaurants. Unfortunately the restaurant seemed to have significant issues on Valentine's Day. Firstly, it was uncool that there was a hefty $90/person prix fixe menu that was not noted when the reservation was made on Open Table. That gave us sticker shock, to spend $180 without alcohol and before tip. We were informed that the reservation would be limited to 90 minutes. However it took 2 hrs 10 min for all our food to come out. While the waiter was apologetic, she did not communicate the issues or delays. We watched 40 people standing outside the restaurant, frustrated that it was a prix fixe and frustrated that they'd have to wait 45 min to be seated for their 6:30 reservation. It was a very chaotic evening. The food was good, but it seemed like exceptionally small portions for a special occasion and expensive meal.

    The food was good and it met my expectations, and our server was very nice and the timing of the food and check ins was really the reason why I’m giving this a 5 star.
