My husband originally ordered the Smoked Brisket, but the waitress had to give us the bad news that you were out of it. Since we were there at 5:30, that seemed hard to believe. We were told that they had lost power the night before and were unable to smoke it for the time required. While we understand that, it seems that the brisket (which used to be the main entree) is never available when we visit (which is fairly frequent). I think it would benefit the restaurant to plan to have this regularly back on the menu.

I made a reservation a week ahead for my husband’s birthday. When we arrived for the reservation, even my kids commented that we didn’t get a nice booth table and were seated in a far away table next to a noisy private party in the next room. The service wasn’t great, and we noticed that most of the people around us got their food before us, even people they were seated after us. We didn’t even get bread until after our appetizer was served, even though every other table around us was served bread as soon as they sat down. Overall the food tasted very good and we were pleased with our choices. They did bring out a birthday dessert for my husband, but when our server delivered it to him, she walked away and said, I’ll be right back with your check… the rest of us were never even offered a dessert menu or a chance at dessert! That was kind of irritating. On our way out, we were kind of surprised by the number of empty tables, and were again wondering why we didn’t get a nice table for a special event. Generally very good food with mediocre service, and we were a bit disappointed as we’ve had better service there before.

Good service, food was very bad and not a good value for the price. I ordered the impossible burger and my partner ordered the "big g" burger. Both were very dissatisfactory.

This is my third visit in three weeks. The food has been consistently excellent. The service this time, though, was inferior. Not just from what I had experienced previously, also comparing servers at other Schaumburg restaurants.

Although it may be a little pricey for some, it is worth every penny. You receive serving portions appropriately paired to prices. Our waitress (Amber) was very thorough in her explanation of menu items and specials. She was quite personable.

Wonderful dining experience with attentive waitstaff, delicious food, quick but unobstrusive service. Good value for a special lunch out with friends. Busy on a Saturday lunch but not as noisy as you'd expect.

A return to the Weber Grill has been on my list for a long time. The service was outstanding. Everyone was on their game. Friendly, helpful, working as a team. The steak portion on my wedge salad decreased by at least half since my visit several years ago. The food was mixed- some great some meh. The person who ordered the burger said it was terrific, but skip the fries-dry- too salty. Would love a little greens option in the mac n cheese.

Weber Grill is not at all what it used to be. I felt like I was at a Texas Roadhouse. There was a time when Weber Grill was comparable to Capital Grill and Chop House. Not anymore. I paid $50 for a Ribeye Steak that looked like steak and eggs at a local breakfast cafe. The grilled asparagus was soggy. Very disappointed. Our server was great and respectful of our time, as we had tickets to a show and needed to move quickly. Really appreciated her. Otherwise, from hostess to seater and overall food...Weber Grill has fallen off. If you're looking for something similar to Capital Grille level service and dining experience...this is not it anymore.

Exceptional food can be disappointing with poor service but exceptional food with exceptional service is second to none. That is what we experienced with Enrique at Weber. We arrived ahead of the rush and really enjoyed all the recommendations he made. The aroma as you step into the building is almost worth the price. We were very pleased with our service and meal. We were looking for a good steak that was less expensive than some of the other options in the area and this was a hit!
