Out of many great steak houses in the area this is a great place fir the money. The filet was tender and cooked perfectly. The sangria selection is amazing and everyone really liked it.
We always have a good experience at Weber grill. Reliable food, service and great value overall.
Did not initially get seated in a booth as requested, when making the reservation on open table. No flatware on table; had to take from a neighboring table. Although it was Easter, plenty of open tables and no wait and it wasn’t busy at all. However, it took a long time for the food to come out. The food was not prepared as ordered. Server did his best to accommodate. It was not my first time dining here. I will probably return but without the same level of excitement for a quality dining experience.
This is our go to family dinner place. There is something for everyone and the food is consistently good. You need to ask for the pretzel rolls now, and the menu has changed. There are still plenty of options. The cost is average and reasonable of the food.
The rib eye steak was good and cooked right. I dont understand why no baked potatoes served and the steak does not come with a side dishes. You have to order separate so the steak dinner becomes a 60.00 dinner. That's way too much for this type of dinner. Beer selection not great. Too many IPA s. You will drive customers away with the way you serve out the steaks with no sides. Not a lot to select from on the menu. The service and the food was good but just too pricey. I probably won't return. If I'm gonna pay 45.00 for a steak with no sides I will go to a hi end steak house instead. Atmosphere was nice and my family and I got served quick. Just too pricey for the food that's served
Brunch was a bust! Easter Brunch Menu was so limited and NOT creative. Service was slow and despite reiterating specific order the wrong food was brought out after a REALLY long time. At least it was comped
Food was average and price was high. Service was average.
Excellent service in the bar and in the dining room. Food quality was the best we had.
Booked through open table noted was a birthday celebration. Arrived and hostess confirmed birthday celebration. Had to ask waitress to bring a birthday treat at end of meal. Waitress never asked if we wanted water yet EVERY other table was brought water without asking. Menu has changed, starter selection is awful. Won’t return
We had reservations for four and we were seated at our reserved time. My wife had the brisket while I had the ribs. Our daughter had the salmon and her husband had a filet. All dishes were prepared and delivered to our table in a timely manner. Three of us ordered wine (by the glass) and our fourth had a mixed drink. Our server, Catherine, was courteous and pleasant, and provided excellent service. The only thing that drops this review to a four star instead of five is that we are Grill Club members and even though we told our server, and wrote down our phone number, we never got the “sample” that is usually served to Grill Club members.
We enjoyed a delightful evening … only downside was our location … our table was right outside the kitchen ...
I went online and got a table reservation marking "anniversary" on the website and requested good waiter. When we got there, I asked host if she saw notes. We get table in opening to upper room with huge group near and servers running past. We ordered appetizer that came after the meal and removed from bill. We order steak and ribs and didn't get ribs but weren't charged. Food was good and servings were big. Waiter wasn't very friendly. Two different waiters forgot my A1. No refills. It was really overrated.
We had a wonderful server named Devin and our food was exceptional. We would highly recommend Weber Grill for an awesome meal.
Because of all the choices in Schaumburg, we only make it here once a quarter now. It used to be more, but things have slipped here lately. We went this past Friday and the server was one of the worst we have had in any restaurant. She never looked at us, didn’t notice that all our plates were sitting on our table and we were done for 10 minutes. Didn’t refill drinks, or even ask me if I wanted another drink. Thank God for the waitress in the next section, she brought our bread, a drink refill and got our bill for us. She did this out of the kindness of her heart (I gave her half the tip).
My steak, ordered Medium, came out Rare and charred on the outside. I looked for my waitress for 5 minutes, only to have the other waitress take it back for me. She agreed it was well under cooked. Guess what they did, brought the same steak back, but with no juice and the same grilled onions, only they were dry now too. I had to use the A1 sauce for the first time in 5 years on a steak just to have some juice. Could not put another pad of butter on the top?
They offered a dessert and we said not thank you. I get few nights a week with my family. I don’t want free deserts; I want a nice night. In the end a manager did come by and took my steak off the bill, and they gave a desert to go. I can assure you I would have paid more then the first bill to just have a better waitress and my food cooked properly. We were going to order desert, but ended up take a free one home. For the restaurant they lost, a steak, a desert and a round of alcoholic drinks..about $70 in revenue at least.
Again, I did want a thing free. I wanted Kathrine to be a better server. I wanted a bus boy to take out plates. I wanted an nice night out with my family.
The food was good but the service left a bit to be desired. The server was very difficult to understand and mixed up 3 of our 6 orders. No baked potatoes was upsetting to our group - not server’s fault. We felt like we were in a wind tunnel where we were seated but when we asked about it it was corrected! Thankfully! Also for an early reservation we were seated by a server’s station- lots of distracting noise!
Pricing for wine is getting out of line.
$50.00 for a bottle that $15.00 at Binnys is ridiculous
Waiter was not light-handed. Slammed plates on the table, did not open wine bottles, spilled other drinks brought to the table. Just weird overall. Not sure we will be back with other choices so close by.
Very disappointed😡 in Weber Grill Restaurant. After arriving came to find out they changed their menu and eliminated items we have come to enjoy for many years. Beer Can Chicken which was a WGR staple as well as their Pork Chops and Skirt Steak are gone! They also don't give you the great pretzel rolls unless you "ask" for them but they don't tell you that. If you are a WGR lover and regular, check the menu BEFORE you go so you don't waste a trip there like we did. This also used to be our "go to" restaurant for New Years Eve dinner restaurant with family and friends. We won't be returning 😕
Waiter was not good didn't bring bread when asked told of birthday and did not bring cake took a long time for refills of water
I used to love going to Weber Grill. They have recently changed both their lunch and dinner menus. They eliminated the brisket and pulled pork sandwiches from the lunch menu and the skirt steak from the dinner menu. These were my favorites. They have also gone completely a la carte on the dinner menu. If you order a steak you need to order your sides separately now. Weber appears to be trying to be a Ruth's Chris or a Morton's. They used to sit in a great underserved niche - someplace between casual and a pricey steakhouse. Now they're just as expensive as the other guys. $45 for a ribeye with no sides. No thanks. I won't be going back. For these prices I'll go to Ruth's Chris and get a better steak with top notch service.
Service was excellent. I have a LOT of food allergies. The waiter accommodated me and even ensured the chef knew all of the allergies. The chef came to the table with all dining options available and ensured us were would have a pleasant, allergen free dining experience. NOT disappointed. Well done!
Food was really good! Second time at Weber Grill and it’s surprisingly very good! The wait staff was good except the waiter took the plates too soon! Just hate that! I’d recommend this restaurant.
The food, service and ambience were outstanding. We had the Skillet Corn Bread with Molasses Butter, Fish and Chips, and the 12-hour Smoked Beef Brisket. We're already looking forward to our next visit.
The food was below average, we had to wait a long time for our order
Over priced but food is good.
I made the mistake of not returning my $45 "ribeye" steak. Mostly because it was cooked perfectly. The more I ate the steak the more I questioned if it was a rib eye. First it looked small for a 16 oz rib eye and the steak was leaner and had more gristle than a "choice $45 rib eye" I have had over my years. I am now convinced I received your NY Strip special. Sorry for not speaking up a the time.
Two other guests enjoyed their meals.
This is a "must-go-to" every time I'm in Chicago for business. Can't wait to come back!
My filet ordered medium rare was on the very rare side and was raw in the middle. Should not have happened with the 7oz steak. The garlic butter on top of the steak tasted strange. May have been rancid. I don’t know. Was very disappointed. I have been there many time and everything was good however this was the exception.
Great food, great service, great time, large portions ,
I have been to this Weber Grill multiple times. They have great meals cooked like in back yard on my Weber grill. Responsabile prices and cuts off meat and fish just add good as any of the high end steakhouse's? I highly recommend this as a must try.
Can’t understand why a bbq joint would pull literally every bbq sandwich off their lunch menu. That aside, my fish sandwich did not come as ordered and the server was not apologetic or in any way friendly about correcting it. Too many better restaurant options than to go to ones where customer service is not a focus.
Just wasn't that great this time. Service was poor - took us VERY long to get our food order, even though I could see it sitting there. I am not sure if they were short staffed or what. I don't think I'll be going back there for a while.
We went here for dinner. My husband asked for his steak medium and got it well done. I got the salmon and green beans which were good but they only gave me half the green beans they were supposed to. The waiter said he would bring out more but they did not arrive until after I was done eating. I also asked for a side of tabouleh which I did not get. The cocktails were really good.
Overall would not go again. A grilling restaurant should know how to properly grill a steak.
Great service! Miss the old menu! Sweet potato 🍠 is not in the menu. The tabouleh could be better-a little hard and dry. Needs a little bit more seasoning. It’s mjnty but needs some tweaking.
We had a great meal and great service. Our waitress was very attentive and the manager fix a problem making our dining experience exceptional.
our waiter was great! we told him we were on a diet and he took the time to make sure our order was turned into the kitchen correctly. Unfortunately, the kitchen messed up, but he was back in minutes to check on it and get it corrected. We only had to wait a few minutes to get our corrected order.
Best bbq I've tasted! Prices reasonable, friendly staff, great location. Will definitely come back again.
Food was delicious and service was good, but we were all disappointed that we didn't get corn bread, or ANY bread on the table with our meal. Otherwise, we will dine there again.
Dried splashed wine on a supposedly clean water glass, when given to server they did not bring a clean one to replace it. Water was given in a bottle with a broken lid; server did not pour, replace with a new full bottle but they left the broken one on the table for the whole meal. Menu supposedly showcases grill items but pork chop was pounded, breaded, and fried... not fresh, frozen... and not described as such in menu (bad for folks who cannot eat gluten). Error in drink order was treated as if we were insulting the server, no apology just an argument (it's okay to make a mistake, but don't blame your customer, just apologize and fix it!). Shoestring fries were not drained and swimming in a puddle of grease on the plate. "Mediterranean" salsa verde was described as a basil pesto, but it was some strange parsley-rosemary thing with no garlic or salt, bleah... tasted like a pine tree. Steak was good, creme brulee was soggy but delicious. Very expensive for the terrible service and mediocre food.
Pricey but good food and generous portions.
