    Haven’t been to Waypoint since new ownership took over. Was not sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised that all was just as good as before. Will be returning frequently

    Cod with artichoke, she crab soup, ceaser salad and scallops were all awesome. Prep time, presentation and taste. Best seafood restaurant I've eaten at , including Mediterranean tour in the Navy. 1000 Hats off to Chef.

    Wait person was friendly and accommodating - didn’t always follow through but was so nice, we were okay. Food was tasty. Caesar salad was delicious. Fish tacos were well prepared. Fries were crispy, as requested.

    My first time in a year. Excellent food and service!! My filet skewer delicious. The veal medallions interesting and tasty. My wife’s whole Branzino grilled to perfection! Homemade donuts to top off a great time!

    We went for lunch. We ordered 3 appetizers: calamari, shrimp, and beef tenderloin skewers. Calamari was good! The shrimp was okay- it was cooked well, I just think we didn’t care for the sauce. The beef tenderloin skewers were not good. Small cuts of tenderloin and they were tough. Not worth ordering. For the entrees: fish tacos, pastrami Rueben, salmon, and wagyu burger. The fish tacos had barely any fish- they had put so much tomato salad on it, it was ridiculous. The rest of the food was decent- but nothing amazing. I do not think the food was worth the cost.

    This was our second time to this restaurant. First trip was a holiday brunch. Will definitely come back. Server was very kind and funny. Food was fresh and hot. Very conveniently located to my home.

    Great cocktails. Service was attentive. Food okay - special flounder was underwhelming. Very thin piece of fish. Raw oysters paper thin. Not great value. Overall, okay. But would not return.

    Located on Rt 199 outside Williamsburg, Waypoint is always a treat for my wife and I. Great innovative menu, great wine list and excellent service awaits. One of our favorites is the Oyster Caesar Salad

    I was very disappointed. The food was soooo greasy. It tasted like the dishes were made earlier in the day and then warmed up with added butter and grease. I got sick in the bathroom on the way out of the restaurant. Way over priced.

    Our first time back since the change in chefs. It was one of our favorites before then, and we were pleased that it is still a great place to go for fine dining in Williamsburg or to celebrate a special occasion

    Everything was top notch. I attended a special occasion early dinner and typically would have booked a place I had eaten before. I'm glad I decided to take a chance; it exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

    This was my second visit to Waypoint, and my experience was just as impressive as the first time. From the pleasant greeting by the Maître d’, the moderately quiet ambiance, to our engaging and thorough server and the tasty food, it was a great experience. I highly recommend this restaurant!

    Wonderful experience from beginning to end, made exemplary by an incredible server, Andrew. Throughout the meal, he made thoughtful suggestions and gestures that elevated our dinner and really made it memorable. The food (oysters on the half shell, she-carb soup, crab-stuffed flounder, rib-eye) was perfection.

    Service was outstanding. Presentation of food was amazing. I had the special, flounder stuffed with crab. Came with potatoes and broccolini, flavor was do good. Fish had no flavor, lacked seasonings. I was disappointed as this is advertised as a seafood restaurant, but the options are only a few and not a good variety.

    We enjoyed Waypoint...the mussels and clams appetizer was so good, as were the truffle fries and the chocolate mousse. Sydney was sweet and did a good job as our server; she was very pleasant and accommodating. We will be back!

    Nice open and airy dining room separate to the bar by a low wall. Andrew our server greeted us promptly and was polite and knowledgeable. He recommended the Shrimp and Crab fritter appetizer which was outstanding. Crab cakes and Fried Oyster entrees were out of this world delicious. Wide selection of deserts included Bombolini and chocolate mousse, both sweet and delicious. Visit soon and enjoy a great meal.

    We had the Calamari, She Crab soup, Olive plate, Ahi entree and Skirt Steak salad, Bombolini dessert with cappuccinos, all was excellent and friendly service! Sadly we only get to go here one a year , we’d be regulars if we lived in the area.
