    We showed up for dinner reservations, host a male was rude and not helpful at all. when we sat down it was 20 minutes before we saw a waitress, then we ordered drinks and that took another 15 minutes, when we finally ordered our fish was try, the steak was tough and so was the burger. waitress tried her best but was overwhelmed with other tables. manage did come over and offer to take some of the items off the bill. I heard this was a good restaurant so maybe it was just an off night!

    The fish was under and over cooked depending on the dish. Oysters had a bad taste as if they’ve been sitting altos for a week. The kicker to the poor meal was management shutting the door in our face. We just spent 1K on a meal for 6 people. Following, we walked out front to meet some colleagues. They were about 10 min away as they were walking to come see us, so we wanted to go back in to wait for them. The manager told us we can’t come back as they will be closing soon. There was still a considerable about of guests in the restaurant, but this manager rudely said she can’t help us shut the door. Very unprofessional and I will never eat or recommend this restaurant to anyone!

    Fantastic, fresh, seafood! Best lobster roll ever and the oysters were amazing! Our server was prompt and entertaining. Was a bit pricey but well worth it! Loved our booth too!

    Loved this seafood restaurant. The ambience was lovely and the food was delicious. Will definitely go there again.

    Everything was perfect !! Oysters delicious as well as the poke, calamari and cheeseburger !! All our needs were met. Orlando was attentive and informative and a great guy !! Ty for making our date day so special !!

    We had a wonderful time at Watergrill. The server was amazing! She was knowledgeable on the food offerings & also value for money. She was friendly & super helpful! The location is great - right in the middle of everything. AND the food was terrific! Everything we had was delicious!

    The ambiance here was great as we dined here on a Friday night. There was also a Padres game happening, so lots of foot traffic outside. We sat in a booth in an open window facing the street, so the ambiance was great. Service was just so so, as our waitress forgot our oysters appetizier order. Our sushi and food came out first and the oysters afterward after we had to remind her we ordered them. The food quality is very, very good, but the Sablefish I ordered which was close to $50, was like 4-5 bites of fish and accompanied by a very small portion of cauliflower puree. We were all still hungry after this expensive meal... $300 for 4 and 2 of us didn't even order cocktails, the other 2 had gin and sodas and I was the only one who ordered an entrée. The other 3 orders were all sushi (spicy lobster & tuna rolls) along with 12 oysters, so quite pricey for the amount of food in my opinion and I travel a lot and eat out often.
