Perfect experience. Delicious food. Wonderful service. Peaceful, beautiful morning at a lovely place. Great choices for brunch.
Great food. Service was excellent and very friendly.
They're the latest. They're the greatest. Mashed potatoes.
Had a great time. Large selection at brunch. Would come back again.
Prime rib with potatoes and green beans excellent. Scallops and risotto awesome. Sole with shrimp fair. Waitress was fine but not very personable for a $200 meal. Ambiance is very nice except for the loudmouths at the bar. Will definitely come back in the warmer months to sit outside by the patio and bar.
We forgot how nice this place is and the food and service are wonderful! Definitely will be back.
Food, Service, Ambiance were all very good the only thing I would complain about and it’s not a fault of the restaurant was the annoying party of three young (20’s) women sitting right next to us in an otherwise empty dining room who continually giggled and laughed and talked loudly as if seated at the bar..but a few inconsiderate people is not the fault of the restaurant and I would definitely return again..
We had a table for four and enjoyed the the evening. Appetizers included calamari and clams casino and were very good. My entree was scallops and they did not disappoint. Our server made us very comfortable and attended to our every need. The ambiance added to our enjoyment. We definitely will return to try other menu selections.
We went to Washington Crossing Inn to celebrate our daughter's birthday. The food was wonderful, the service was fantastic and the overall experience was great. We enjoyed our experience at the Washington Crossing Inn and would highly recommend it to anyone!
Quality of the food is excellent our service wasn’t the greatest the waitress forgot to bring your appetizer of half dozen blue point oyster’s which kind of soured the night a little bit. But it has a great ambience and the main entrées were very very good
We went on Valentine's Day. The food was delicious and the place was great. Service struggled a bit; we got the wrong dish once, but it was from someone that seemed very new so we understood. Rest of the staff was very helpful for such a busy night.
We come here often but we’re disappointed in the service. It was a holiday and crowded so we understood.
Great place! Beautiful and food was delicious. Shout out to our server Megan!
Beautiful location with tons of history. The food and service is always outstanding. Haven't had a meal there that I was disappointed in. Whenever we are in town we make our lunch stop in beautiful Washington's Crossing.
This charming country inn delivers on more than just atmosphere. The food quality is consistently excellent - standouts include the special garlic bread, the chicken schnitzel, all salads, pasta bolognese puttanesca (an unusual combinations that works here), the artichoke heart app, and more. Service is professional, friendly and unobtrusive. My go-to place in eastern Bucks Country, against some pretty stiff competition.
Sunday brunch was delicious! Niece ambiance and attentive service.
I made a reservation a few days ahead it was my birthday weekend, food and drinks were very good but they put us right near the kitchen door way and my husband kept getting his chair hit, also did not even recognize my birthday. It was fine though overall good
The inn is really very cute; however, there was a strong paint odor throughout the place. We were seated in a very nice room with another group of 6 at a different table and the room became quite loud. Our appetizer of clams casino had shell in the mixture and my husband bit into it and I could hear the crunch. I recommended we not eat any additional clams in case either of us broke a tooth. Our soups arrived and my husband had a hot soup while my soup was almost cold. We related both of these to the waitress, who was very nice but not attentive, empty glasses of iced tea and not coming back until the second course to see how things were. The main entree was good. The restaurant did not discount or remove the cost of the clams, which we did not finish because of the shells in it. This restaurant is pricey and the food, service, or paint smell do not support such high end prices for a mediocre experience.
The food was outstanding, We had 4 different meals and all were great. Every plate was empty at the end of the meal.
The service was a little slow, There was only one waitress working our area and she was having trouble keeping up.
Great food. Great service. The atmosphere was very soothing
Excellent restaurant that met much more than my expectation. A fine dining experience!
We had not been there in a number of years, for whatever reason. Glad we returned, and will go back soon. The bar area was under construction (good time to do that, after the holidays, wintertime), with a temporary bar set up. Bartender was good at his craft. No draft beer during renovations. Serviceable beer selection. They say the work will be complete by Feb 7th.
The food was quite good. Pork dumplings was nice to see on the menu; always liked them. Calamari was excellent. Salmon, prime rib, scallops, pork chop entrees we had were perfectly cooked and accompanied. Cheesecake was sublime.
Anna our server was circumspect, and did a great job. We love the old historic building.
This very old inn is well maintained, super clean, and the atmosphere is romantic and charming. Our server was very nice but not very adept at serving nor knowledgeable of the menu. Portions were a good size, and the food was very good although pretty pricey. Overall I would recommend it for any special occasion where you might want to dress up a bit and indulge in some high-end cuisine.
The decor may seem a bit stodgy, but the experience is anything but. Great food, over the top service and quiet comfort make this a place to come back to. Caesar salad is now probably the most common menu item in America but only a few places get it right - theirs is excellent. Lemon caper chicken schnitzel is a menu standout, tender and flavorful. And wait staff goes out of their way to make you feel at home. A top recommendation in the area.
Started off with no draft beer available, soup was Luke warm, steak was drowning in a red wine sauce with the Salmon meal being ok but not something to return for. Overall disappointing experience
Awesome food. But pricey.
My daughter and I went as a treat for our Mommy Daughter time together. It was mostly adults and they were serving Sunday Brunch but they didn’t bat an eye when I showed up with a 6 year old. The server was wonderful and made our day feel very special. The food was amazing. I can’t say enough good things.
Excellent buffet brunch -- many options to choose from and great quality food! Highly reccommend the Penne a la Vodka - delicious!
we live nearby so we decided to try the restaurant once again after several years. Everything was very nice and the food was quite tasty and plentiful however i think it was a bit pricey but not exactly sure why!
I also did not see on the menu any weekday or early bird specials as most of the lovely restaurants in the area offer.
First time - delicious food and beautiful atmosphere. Tricky finding the correct entrance from the parking lot. Turned in to the restaurant entrance but a car was parked there and there was no way to get past it. I had to back out and go to the lot. A dangerous maneuver.
Absolutely wonderful - food, service and ambiance was great.
Excellent fine dining
didnt like they place us in corner for a table. next to grumpy as people that didnt want to move there chairs so we can get into the table.
GREAT TIME on New Years Eve!! Price fixed menu had something for everyone and was delicious. NO rushing and the wait staff was friendly and personable
Just ok, service could have been better
Brunch has a very nice variety of food. Definitely something for everyone!
Very good, food was excellent and waitress very good, attentive and cordial.
Special dinner with dear friends going thru a tough time.
Beautiful place with great food. We were rushed by the waiter which was the only negative!
