   My waiter hooked me up with a corner booth and treated me like a VIP. They were attentive and made great suggestions from the menu.

   We decided to only have drinks and went elsewhere for tapas/dinner. The menu was completely different from what's online, they had no parking lot (as advertised on their website) which is a nightmare in that neighborhood to find parking and the tapas items they did have on their menu were much higher priced than what's online. To be fair they did try to explain that they have a new chef they were breaking in and would try to make what we wanted even it wasn't on the menu; but for 4 of us it would have cost over $125 to eat and I didn't want to take a chance when so many other great options are within walking distance. They need to update their website - I'm giving benefit of the doubt but does seem like false advertising.

   They had a great variety of tapas for lunch and dinner. Amazing passion fruit and strawberry sangria must try!!!

   we used to be very enthusiastic patrons of Viva tapas. However last night may have ruined it for us. The service was inconsiderate and the food came out late.we had to ask for the salad at least 6 times. We were told that this particular salad with complicated even though it did not consist of any ingredients that needed to be prepared.My friends repeatedly asked for the soup to be served piping hot and despite this the soup still appeared lukewarm.

   salty and the vegetables came from a can...almost inedible. skip this place! (although they did take it off the bill)

   When my date and I first came into this restaurant it seemed that we were not welcome. We are an African American couple and it seemed like they didn't want my business. The manager made all the difference as we had to wait for the best table in the restaurant. Our wait staff served us like VIP. I enjoy seafood and have high tastes and standards.

   My husband and I did something we have never done before - we left this restaurant before our main course came. The reason why we left was because an hour and half after ordering our main course it still had not arrived. At one hour and fifteen minutes my husband did approach the waiter (he had to go find him) to ask where our food was. The waiter said he would get back to us, but fifteen minutes later, still nothing. Not even a check back from our waiter. So my husband went and found the waiter again, and told him we were leaving. The waiter said that 'it was not his fault'. Although the manager was clearly standing the corner, made no attempt to even talk to us. It was the worst service we have ever experienced anywhere.

   Made a resv on Open Table but when we showed up they didn't have it. When I showed my confirmation, they just said oh well, to bad, we don't use OT. Beware!! We were able to sit at the bar so it worked out for us for the most part.

   We went on a Friday night, and the restaurant was severely understaffed. We had to chase down our waiter every time we wanted to order food, wine, even water (and given that it's a tapas restaurant, we had a lot of ordering to do)! I have been to this restaurant before and had a great experience, so hopefully the issues we experienced are only temporary.

    I really wanted to like this place but the food took over a hour to get to the table. There was issue in the kitchen and nobody informed us. We had to take our food to go because it took too long.
