   We went on a Mothers Day. They had a set menu that was a wonderful selection of starters, entrees and desserts. Service was I guess understandably, being Mother's Day...slow! We were overcharged and asked that the automatic 5% surcharge be removed. When the server removed the overcharged items, they added the surcharge again. The food was incredible, the service and payment efficiency was not!!!

   For a nicer dining room restaurant, I was very surprised to see the staff clearing table and stacking chairs by 8:40 pm nothing tells a customer to leave right away - must be an inexperienced management team

   Food was horrible. Service was worse. Paying over $100 for two people for dinner, you expect at LEAST mediocre.

   It was the night before Mother’s Day. We had 530PM reservations. My mom is 97 and uses a walker. The hostess seating us seemed very clueless and was directing my mom to be careful going down the stairs. I had to physically open their wheelchair lift and operate it myself. We were seated and advised that someone would be right with us. After 20-30 minutes we did receive a popover and some butter. After 35-40 minutes our waiter surfaced and offered to take our drink order. He then disappeared and we didn’t see him or our drinks for a good 25-30 minutes. Eventually we did receive our meals. We had the 2 x short rib, salmon and a ribeye. Our food did arrive in a reasonable amount of time and the plates were piping hot. However, all the food on the plates were just barely lukewarm. Once our waiter dropped off our entrees we were forgotten and never saw another soul until our waiter decided he should probably collect the check. He never asked how our meals were or offered dessert. I couldn’t get anyone’s attention to ask for a cup of coffee. This our second poor experience at Vintana. We are huge fans of Coasterra and C Level Prime. I think we will just stick with Coasterra when celebrating special occasions or just looking for a good dinner.

   Great dining experience. Good food! Waiter “Mike” was awesome, but should have received more help from support staff as he was often doing everything himself.. which he did incredibly well.!!

   The service and atmosphere were great as usual however their food has gone way downhill. The turnovers were burnt on the outside yet raw on the inside, the steaks and sea bass were WAY overdone. We ordered medium filets. They came out completely brown throughout. The sea bass was so dry, it was like it had been put in a dehumidifier and turned into jerky. Not worth $350!

   Always a nice dining experience. View is lovely and seating is comfortable. Our server today was excellent. We both ordered our usual lunch favorite dishes. My husband had the fish & chips and I had the entree featuring Cauliflower. My dish was good but I was disappointed as they changed my favorite dish. I hope they return to the original version. There are plenty of other good choices for lunch. There is now an option to not accept there added 3/5% service charge. I opted out and now can give the additional $ directly to the server.

   Food was excellent. Service was great. Had a very nice dinner. The Key lime tart was sublime!

    Food was fresh and tasted excellent. Service initially was prompt, with two waiters assigned to our table of only two people, but after food was delivered we rarely saw anyone. plates sat empty for 20mins before they cleared, then took another 20mins to get drink refills. Kinda dampened what started as an excellent experience.
