The service, the food, the atmosphere and the interior were all superb. Delicious biscuits and sweet oysters to start with along with Bloody Mary's and the main courses were shared between us. My wife had wonderful Eggs Benedict with shaved Black Forest Ham and I had the steak, eggs and potatoes. The steak was perfect and we had no room for dessert though I did have a Sazerec to finish the meal.

Vintage Year generally hits a home run but this time it was a swing and a miss. The service as always was great but our entree was barely edible. The food was way over salted to the point you could actually crunch salt crystals. The manager was superb and removed the charge. He admitted that this was the third time he had received a complaint about food being over salted. Perhaps this is the third strike for this sous chef.

Each of us ordered seafood: the catch-of-the-day redfish, and the regular menu scallops and snapper. Each dish was superb. Vintage Year continues to be Montgomery's finest restaurant.

Food was wonderful. Jaylen was our server and he provided outstanding service from explaining the nightly special to bringing the bill. The seafood paella was so good, as was the pasta dish (we shared plates).

Vintage Year always delivers and today was no exception. My husband and I started with Deviled Avocados. Absolute deliciousness! My Blue Crab Omelet was also very tasty. We loved the live jazz with Gypsy Cornbread! Would enjoy seeing them at Vintage Year again. Our server, Campbell, was exceptional. The food, jazz and service made for an outstanding Sunday Brunch.

The only reason I am not giving them all 5 stars in every category is that my food arrived cold the first time. It was remade and arrived delicious, but just wanted them to know this should NEVER happen at a restaurant such as this one. Additionally, even tho we were there at 7 pm on Sat. they were out of several entrée selections--and there were no "replacement" entrees which is strange on a SAT. night. having said that, however, we did enjoy our meal and the evening a lot, despite those hiccups. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding.

Believe the hype! This James Beard award winner lived up to the billing and doesn’t break the bank. Every element of the meal was on point. The fresh bread, the seafood dynamite appetizer, the VY burger, the Mac & Cheese, and sticky toffee pudding all were delish. Best place to eat in Montgomery, beautiful layout, and first class service. You’d expect to pay more. This is a NYC type meal, and there are lots of great selections. So glad I made the ride down 65 for this gem, so tasty!

Great food! If you don't want to pay a lot for food then go somewhere else. This food is a little pricey but very good. The timing of the food was spot on. We did not sit very long between appetizer, main course, and dessert. Well Job Done Vintage Year.
