Our recent remodel reflects the fresh flavor forward dishes Master Chef Nicola Mastronardi has been creating for 20 years. We have 3 private dining spaces, that accommodate as little as 14, or as much as 125 people. At Vincenti our job is for service to reflect the food, and for you to feel special.View Private Dining Details
The design of this restaurant is lovely. Whoever developed the layout, decor and furnishings did an excellent job. Our server was attentive and helpful, making appropriate recommendations to everyone at the table.
The food, however, was just okay and the prices are - even by Brentwood standards, which begin at laughably high - borderline silly. Really… $13 for a restaurant-standard Peroni bottled beer? $28 for an Hamachi appetizer with four tiny slices? $40 corkage fee?
I don’t mind paying for a wonderfully prepared meal in a eye-catching environment but Vincenti misses on the food. The Branzino was cooked in a wood-burning oven, which you’d think would add a lot of flavor but we found it bland. The fusilli pasta didn’t impress anyone either.
If you want to impress someone with an elegant restaurant and won’t notice the good-but-not-great quality of the food (or the bill), this place will do well. If, however, you’re like me and like to eat well when you go out and not have to melt your Platinum Amex card in the process, look elsewhere.
One of the very best Italian restaurants in Los Angeles! Amazing lasagne and Octopus salad. Truly a special place ... my husband and I go as often as possible!
the fish is always fresh and wonderful. The owner is always there and delightful! One of our go to favorites
Relaxed friendly staff, beautiful restaurant - feels like a special experience, but most important of all - incredible food - a new favorite!
As seasoned foodies, we love to make a meal of four appetizers, plus wine.
Service was slow; we sat for over 15 minutes before someone asked us for our drink order. It than took another 15 minutes to get the drink. Food was slow, even though the restaurant not busy. Check was for wrong table, and took 10 minutes to resolve. This used to be a good restaurant but this was very disappointing, following several other disappointing meals. It seems as if they are on downward trend and not able to stabilize. I would not go back.
Loved it. Authentic Italian feel. Great wait staff. Love Maureen. The best food.
Amazing Italian, great selection, not too loud or quiet perfect level for conversation
Excellent food. We went early (6pm) and at that time the restaurant is quiet, although it becomes noisier as it fills up. The polipo antipasto was delicious, as were the squid ink risotto and branzino.
Great place for a birthday dinner!
Vincenti is NEVER a let-down. the Finest Service, Food and all at a price that is worth it!
Fantastic food, fantastic service, knowledgeable staff - could not have been better!
have been to Vincenti several times and it is consistently very good. Loved the Cesar salad made with baby lettuce and polenta croutons. The batter on the calamari is light which is a nice change from a deep fry served in so many Italian restaurants. Bronzino also beautifully grilled. Service was also excellent...always anticipating our every need.
It's a sure bet, the food is always delicious!
Very authentic Italian food with attentive service and comfortable ambient
The food is always exceptional, some of the finest Italian cuisine in Los Angeles -- which explains the hefty prices. But the quality is certainly worth the cost.
Everything is sublime here - the food, the service, the setting. And I’m thrilled that it is now open for lunch.
One of the best restaurants I have been at!
Never disappointed the food is out of this world!!
Vincenti's is consistently one of my favorite Brentwood restaurants. I have been going there for over ten years and every dish I've ever had is always fabulous.
This is pricey restaurant but the food is all made from scratch. The Caesar Salad has polenta croutons....There are always at least 4 specials that are outstanding. The pasta with lobster and shrimp has a small lobster tail sitting atop of the bowl when it's served. They will make a vegan dish and customize as needed. The dessert, coffee, pastry is excellent. One evening they served a chocolate mousse special with hazelnuts....Every guest is treated well.
we were immediately seating in the back dining area . Great location and not as noisy as the main dining area. I had the rack of lamb which were small, maybe 2 bites from each chop, which left me hungrier. My wife had the duck which was satisfactory but a little dry. The wine by the glass was limited and pricey. $20 per glass and it looked like a short pour.
We were here for my moms birthday. I confirmed a couple times to make sure you knew that. Nothing was brought out for her. Not sure if our waiter was new but seemed a little lost. I unfortunately spilled my red wine on the table which got all over my brother and his food. His pasta looked like soup because of all the wine and he had only taken a few bites. The waiter couldn’t tell that there was wine in It and asked if the food was fine. We also handed him three wine soaked napkins and he then asked if I had red or white wine and would I like another glass. I mean, really? Spilling wine was my fault, but we still had appetizer plates and bread plates on our tiny table with our meal and there was no room to put anything. Our table was in a very awkward position anyone in the booth was trapped in and truly couldn’t get out without the whole table getting up. It was really a disappointment nothing was done for my mom
The service was impeccable. (The bartender was very attentive while we waited [we were 30 minutes early], even though he was very busy.) Very team oriented, so we were never waiting for "our" server to be available.
I'd pass on the brussel sprouts next time, but everything else was great. Oh, and the Caesar salad wasn't really a Caesar salad, but it was wonderful. (Don't let me order the cream filled pastries again--my cardiologist will kill me if they don't.)
The corkage fee of $40 per bottle was very high although everything on the menu and all of the specials were excellent.
Much too noisy. This could easily be abated. Otherwise very nice,
Excellent always and so glad they keep the lasagna on the menu
Vincenti does not disappoint but it is Pricey!!
Beet salad was delicious, the presentation excellent
All the pastas at the table were flavorful, pasta was creative & well cooked
Food & service is excellent. Just know going in, it is not moderately priced Italian food.
While food is very good with some dishes outstanding, this place is quite expensive. Appetizers which were excellent, when added to a main course with a drink, could easily bring the tab for one person close to $100.
Must now be an LA thing but they insist on turning down the overhead lights to a point where you can hardly see what you're eating. Requests for more light are rejected.
Would probably save Vicente for special occasions.
Great find in Brentwood. Very good service, great food, and great ambiance. will be back
Amazing experience. Went here for our anniversary. The staff were in synch and collaborated very well with one another. Food was delicious, wine as great, and services was incredible. We will be back for sure.
New Years Eve dinner here was fantastic. We had the squid ink risotto, pappardelle pasta, and steak. The best meal we had in ages. Got a little loud inside with all the wined out Brentwood boomers, but overall a great experiences.
This is the best Italian restaurant that we have been to in LA. The white truffle tagliolini is amazing. The wood fired bronzino was perfect. The wines were wonderful. It was not cheap because of the wines we ordered, but the prices were fair for the current market and the food was top tier in the area.
They welcomed us like family. The food was excellent and the desserts were incredible! Highly recommend.
Always a fabulous dinner and we look forward to returning soon
As always, even after all of these years, the food, vino and especially Maureen never fail to be supreme
We love Vincenti’s. Maureen, the owner, prides herself on knowing her patrons & providing excellent food in a lovely
dining atmosphere. While many restaurants come & go,
Vincenti’s has a loyal following of patrons who appreciate the great menu & service.
Poor Value and deceptive business practices. There are alot of better places in LA. avoid this place.
we purchases a 500 dollar bottle of wine 2012 (Biondo Santi) Brunello which was supposed to be the reserve ($350 retail) a bottle but when it came to the table it was the anna ($150 a bottle retail). not knowing the price difference off the top of my head we accepted the bottle. What set us off was on top of the $350 markup on the wine, the manager added in a $85 manatory tip on the wine (when 2 people were dining) and 20 percent manatory tip on the food check. i paid with two card because i paid for the wine out on my personal card.
disappointing because the food and service was very good.
After spending $800 dollars on dinner, they charged $10 for valet parking.
Very inattentive service. Average food. One dessert (olive oil cake) was dry and stale. The other (apple tart) unbearably sweet.
We asked for a quiet table, and they
Were very accommodating. One of our guests asked to leave off one of the ingredients, and there was no problem. They remembered to ask
For my Groupon, which I had forgotten about. Very nice atmosphere and delicious food.
Will definitely return.
