Breakfast is not hard to screw up. Really nice setting. Only people seated for breakfast. Yet the salmon frittata were cold (eggs) and the side of greens had gone visibly bad. Yet the chef plated it. Two times. If not for being in a business meeting I would have made noise and insist the restaurant manager sit down and eat it with us. What happens when the place is busy. I am scared to think. Not acceptable. Actually the worst dining experience of 2024 on 3 continents

We had a wonderful meal here after the opera. I had the Icelandic cod and my husband had the braised lamb. Both were excellent. The Hollandaise sauce with mine was light and delicious. The accompanying vegetables with both dishes were not overdone. Even the olive bread was hot and delicious. Don’t know why this great place was not full on a Saturday night. Great value for reasonable price!

Our first time visiting Victor. The fresh olive bread was simply amazing. We ordered food to share and had a bit of everything. It was all very delicious from the gnocchi, the trout, lamb shoulder, truffle fries, crispy Brussels sprouts, and the cheese tray. The plating was amazingly beautiful. It was pretty to look at and even more tasty to eat. The ambiance was elegant and classy. Definitely a place you want to take someone to impress them! The menu isn’t too diverse but everything that we did try was great. And not to mention the amazing service that we received all evening. Would highly recommend!

Located off the lobby of a hotel, not crowded, good vibe, low noise level so you can have conversation, good food, and accommodating staff. The duck was really delicious, juicy, and buttery, compared to the rainbow trout which felt a bit dry and uninspiring. That said, willing to give it another try sometime. Very close to the theatre where we were catching a musical.

Victor is located in the lobby of the Hotel Le Germain. It's got lovely ambiance and it's quiet and comfortable. The service was fantastic. The menu is very compact but we had a really hard time deciding what to eat because everything looked so delicious!! I finally decided on the pork belly starter and Rainbow Trout entree; my husband had the carrot and fennel soup with the duck entree. Our meals were absolutely delicious and prepared and presented with great care. Prices are perfectly reasonable for the calibre of food! We will definitely be coming back to this gem a place.
