    From the minute you walk in you will enjoy a lively vibe. For starters we ordered the fried calamari. Delicious. We ordered special cocktail, the Savannah Peach. Highly recommend! For main course, I enjoyed the braised short rib, which was cooked perfectly. For dessert, we ordered the Peach Trio, which was peach ice cream, peach bread pudding, and peach cheese cake. To die for. I don’t rave like this often, so when in Savannah, stop in at Vic’s On The River!

    Outstanding in every way!!!! Service was friendly and professional. Drinks looked great and tasted great. Appetizers and meal were perfect for the celebration of my wife’s birthday. Extremely satisfied.

    If you have a water view, ambience is nice My entree was so overly salted almost inedible However, Fried Green Tomatoes were excellent

    Amazing experience ! Carmen took really great care of me and my husband for celebrating our second year wedding anniversary. The food was incredible and so delicious. Can’t wait to visit Vic’s real soon.

    My wife and I went for a dinner and while the food was pretty good the service was rough. The host sat us and put us at a four-top though it was just the two of us and she instantly seemed annoyed by that. She came by frequently enough but we were kind of hoping she wouldn’t because she was generally unpleasant. At the end of the meal I let her know we would take the bill. She them preceeded to hand me the device through which to make payment on and stood over my shoulder watching as I input the tip amount. She hadn’t shown me our charges, just the total, so at that point I did request a receipt to ensure we were properly charged (which we were). If I ever went back I would go out of my way to avoid this server for sure.

    Our reservation was for 5. Our meal seemed rushed. I'm not sure the value was there. We were seated early, but were seated right near the kitchen exit.

    Excellent food and service. Our waiter( Wesley) was friendly and very attentive to our needs. Highly recommend Vic’ for your dinner experience.
