Vic’s is located in a beautiful old cotton warehouse overlooking the Savannah River and Historic River Street. With entrances on both Bay and River Streets, we are easy to access. Pets are welcomed on our outdoor patio, where guests can dine under centuries-old Live Oaks overlooking Historic Factors Walk.     We had an OK time. Our waitress was really sweet and attentive. I felt like we were sitting a little close to the people next to us, however and people kept opening the door to the balcony to take pictures which made it hot inside. Also a lady was on FaceTime with the speaker on at a table close by and no one told her to stop. The scallops tasted OK. They were a little overcooked. My husband liked his meatloaf. The pecan pie was delicious though and made like it should have been made in the south :-). Not sure if I will go back or not, but it was a decent experience.

    Definitely recommend this venue. We’re foodies from NYC and the food here was so delish. I wish I had this place closer to home. Lisa, our waitress, was so knowledgeable on history and so pleasant to speak with. She defiantly made our anniversary dinner a great time. The beef short ribs - YUM. Not to mention the chocolate tart - OMG. Overall ambience was elegant but not stuffy. Everyone from the front host to servers were so welcoming and warm. If you want great food and a beautiful historic ambiance this is the place to go.

    The food here was honestly pretty disappointing but the service was as amazing. I’m glad we visited but we won’t make another trip.

    The crab cake was superb. The shrimp and grits had a wonderful flavor but was too soupy. It had to be eaten with a spoon. Service and atmosphere was great.

    The fried green tomatoes was absolutely amazing. The food was very good although my flounder was slightly over cooked. The menu could have been a little better with more options.
