Vic & Angelo's - Delray Beach
We have traveled the world looking for the greatest dishes and finest ingredients. We take pride in only importing the freshest products and ingredients for our culinary delights. Our sauces are made with San Marzano tomatoes imported from directly from Naples and our pizza dough contains water imported from New York.
Each of our signature Italian dishes are created in house, using traditional cooking methods practiced by Italians for countless generations. We even hand-make our pasta, mozzarella and sausage!
Our atmosphere is warm and friendly, yet elegant and refined. We believe in the traditional Italian dinner, where everyone comes together to feast. So we invite our guests to sit down, relax, and enjoy their food and conversation with family and friends.

Had a lovely dinner with my husband and his cousin. The food is always in great quality and so delicious! The service is amazing - professional and very friendly waiters. Best eggplant parmigiana in all South Florida! Drove from downtown Fort Lauderdale just for that, well worth it!
The owner is by far the rudest and most unprofessional people I’ve ever met. The menu and website need to be updated as the only reason why interaction with the owner occurred is because it’s outdated and we thought we were ordering on happy hour time and prices. Happy hour shouldn’t say “please call for more information.” That was the owners argument in addition to using profanity and being so hostile that the server literally profusely apologized. He is so unprofessional he aggressively responded to my yelp review which I showed it to over 20 people and all 20 people agreed that the CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT.
Food was good but pricey for what we got. We sat on the right hand side of the restaurant and was extremely noisy.
This was by far the worst meal and service that I have had in a very longtime. Unfortunately, it is not the same owners as the restaurant in PGA with the same name. Service was way below average and management was uncaring and had a Blaise attitude better suited for other work. Save your money and stay away !
Always a favorite. Go to place. Happy hour is great.
We dined at this restaurant on Saturday evening. We were a party of 11 with an advance reservation for a table inside the restaurant. We were seated promptly at 6:00 but we were put at a table in the back of the main restaurant directly across from the kitchen pick up window and right next to the door that leads to the outside patio. We were the only party back there with many empty tables. We immediately felt the heat from the kitchen and asked if the air conditioning could be turned up. A man in a suit said he would do that. We never felt the air conditioning get any better. We had to get up numerous times to close the door to the patio that was left open every time a waiter went in or out which was letting the very hot outside air in. We again asked if the air conditioner could be turned up but never felt cooler. We had many drinks, appetizers, salads and main entrees but it became uncomfortably hotter as the night progressed so we opted not to have dessert there. The food was excellent and the service was great but after spending close to $700 for this night out, all everyone talked about was how uncomfortably hot we were during this dining experience.
Good food and service
Great location and definitely sit outside to enjoy the view
If your a veal chop lover go for the double cut .... delicious with every bite
Great food, some of the best pizza I’ve had. Service was marginal, he just disappeared for way too long and while they weren’t busy. I wanted to tip him based on the amazing food but sad to say I tipped him based on his attentiveness.
Waiter barely paid attention to us, although restaurant was relatively empty. First half hour there Disco music playing to loud to hear each other talk. Wasn’t expecting to be surrounded by TVs all play The Simpson’s. For our anniversary this was anything but a romantic experience. Food was good but nothing special.
Service was terrible. I had to ask for Brad three times. I also ordered for waters with lemon and they all came without lemon. I had to ask for lemon three times as well. The waitress only came by our table twice. The bread and lemons I had to ask for from another server.
Ambiance, Food, Service, Happy Hour all were excellent. Fun, casual place. Only problem the noise level was very high.
We came in to celebrate Father's Day and were running late but the hostess was very pleasant when I called and told us no rush. We were greeted nicely and seated with our other party members who had arrived first. Menu offered both lunch and brunch, wine prices were a bit hefty by the glass, considering lunch menu. No house offerings so we opted for the bottomless mimosas and Taylor our server was attentive and helpful offering menu suggestions. I ordered a Caesar salad with grilled Shrimp and asked it to be "lightly tossed" in the salad dressing. It arrived perfect, lightly dressed with fresh Parmesan shavings (not store-bought) and a piece of crustini bread with a mini anchovie fish. Several ordered the Chicken and Waffles and the portions were generous with plenty to take home. The front of the restaurant is open so it got a little hot but next time we will sit on the other side away from the door. A plus: live music: Spanish guitar player! We enjoyed our dining experience here.
Vic and Angelos is one of our favorite places to eat on the Ave. the staff is friendly, food is always great, fun atmosphere, great people watching , nice menu selections !
Gabe was a fantastic server and the four cheese white truffle pasta was incredible
We were celebrating a birthday, our server was awesome, even though she was serving a party of 20 also we never felt neglected, and the food was great as well.
Terrible food and service. Our waiter was clearly not happy with us that we didn’t spend a lot of money.
Loved outdoor seating. Waiter a little distracted. Food was good.
Meh. Limited standard Italian menu. Food just okay, felt overpriced. $28 for average chicken parm, relatively small portion. Salmon okay but brocolli portion on side was stingy. Bread hard and not very tasty. No beer on tap. Good service.
The food was excellent. The location was great the staff was very friendly.
This restaurant is a gem in Delray Beach! Thanks to Randell for making our birthday lunch extra special. The food was yummy, and the service was outstanding! Would highly recommend everything: chicken parm, margarita pizza, shrimp. Will certainly return.
Amazing food and great server
The food was good. All I would complain about is communication at the door was a little confusing.
Very nice dinner at Vic & Angelo’s
Friendly wait staff; Even tho we had reservations, we were seated next to kitchen area, which was much too noisy, with waiters talking/yelling to kitchen staff. Not the kind of atmosphere you’d expect for the price one pays to dine there.
Why can a low-cost facility next door offer a discount-Valet stamp & Vic & Angelo’s won’t it’s a bit insulting to me...
Really miss the old garlic bread New recipe did not meet prior high standard-tasted like the garlic was missing
Completely unacceptable. On Open Table and on the website, Vic & Angelo's has times and menus for Saturday and Sunday brunch. We booked a reservation for 10:30am, for Saturday brunch. We arrived a few minutes early and the doors were locked. One waiter let us in and explained that the restaurant doesn't open until 11am and hasn't served brunch in months. We asked why we weren't called once we made the reservation (several days prior) and he just smiled and said he had no idea. We asked to speak to the general manager, and again a smile and "sorry, he doesn't get in until 11:30ish". Not a good way to run a restaurant on Atlantic Avenue.
Host was very nice and did a good job of ensuring we were seated and comfortable. The new outdoor seating though is uncomfortable compared to the old seating/chairs the restaurant used to carry.
Waiter was either new or struggling because the service was slow. The restaurant was not busy so there should have not been slow service!!
Food - Normally it has been very good but the last few times including tonight has not been very good. The bread used to be wonderful and crispy but now it tastes like it is not fully cooked. My lasagna was extremely over cooked with burnt edges along all four corners. It was so bad I had to request it be taken back. I was disappointed that the manager didn’t come over and apologize and comp some of the meal because of the slow service and my dinner
I am not sure if there is new management at this location but the restaurant is not as good as it once was. They have removed the “chopped salad” from the menu and the quality of the food has dropped off. It’s unfortunate because I have always looked forward to going to this restaurant.
Wish they would have updated their online menu because the one thing I went for is no longer on the menu. Food was great, little pricey but good quality. Bring back tableside mozz!!
Marcella was our waitress. She was terrific!
Went today for Mother’s Day and it was fabulous as always. There was an incredibly obnoxious man complaining that the brunch menu online was different than physical menu...he wouldn’t stop and I wanted to turn around and tell him to shut up!
Always a pleasurable dining experience!
The whole dining experience was a hot mess from start to finish. Both the food and the service was sloppy. I heard the restaurant is under new management and perhaps that's why the experience was nothing short of awful. Examples: We ordered salad appetizers and entrees. Not even halfway through our salads, the entrees came out and they wanted to snatch away our salad and bread (which we had to ask for) plates while there was still plenty of food on them. (I can't stand it when the servers pick up my plate before asking if I am done). We ordered dessert and cappucino and before anything came out, the check was slapped down even though there were plenty of empty tables and no one on line waiting to be seated. The waiter told us that he doesn't drink coffee and therefore didn't quite know how to make an iced cappucino. And boy! Was that an understatement. It was water with milk - but both the hot and the iced. The banana cream pie was to die for, however, that's not typically the shout-out I would expect in an Italian restaurant. My husband has been in the restaurant business for over 30 years and never has he suggested to rip up the bill and walk out. We had to ask the manager to take off the cappucino - i.e., he did not offer that upfront. We usually give a pass to a restaurant when it's our first time there and the experience isn;t so great and we'll give it another try. In this case, with so many good Italian restaurants nearby, we will not bother to do that and will continue to enjoy Tramonti (our favorite and we should not have cheated), right up the street.
Good Mother’s Day experience until receiving the email from open table accusing us of not showing up.
I will book reservations directly moving forward if we decide to return.
Felt the host/hostess could have paid more attention when asking us multiple times for our name and number in our party for the reservation. I noted several times with them that I had the reservation through open table.
Obviously communication between open table and the location is lacking a bit. I am going to try the app once more and if the same outcome occurs will delete the app and move on.
I love this place !!! You sit down and never want to leave !
It was pleasant and staff was accommodating
Birthday , Food was great
Ben was a great waiter and we very much enjoyed our meal
We found some of the items to be too expensive for our once a month dining out. The pizza was a good deal because a couple of people could share it or if you bring it home you’d have another couple of meals out of it.
I guess I should no longer trust in reviewing menus on line. No veal chop folks.
