Tasting menu from a multi James Beard nominated restaurant; Our menu format is market driven "chef's choice" multi course tasting.

Located in the heart of historic downtown Ocean Springs, Mississippi, our establishment is a cozy historic house converted into a small restaurant. Our capacity allows us to serve a maximum group size of 4 at this time.

Join us in our culinary adventure; Owner chefs Alex (the husband from Mississippi Gulf Coast) and Kumi (the wife from Japan) create menus inspired by the seasons, preservation efforts, and whatever sounds tasty each day for our valued guests. We are a proud supporter of small scale local / regenerative farmers and sustainable seafood industry.

So please, let us cook for you. It is what we do best!

Note: please allocate minimum of two hours for dining. Menu modification due to food allergy may be accommodated with notice in advance (at least 48 hours) when possible, but not guaranteed. We are a small kitchen with shared equipments.

    Amazing experience! Vestige has been on my list since I came to the Gulf Coast almost a year ago. I decided to treat myself to a birthday celebration here. Perfect choice! Everything was amazing! Each course was perfectly executed and presented. So much attention to detail and layering of flavors. Everything was delicious. My favorites were the bread selection served with homemade blackberry butter and the robata grilled waygu ribeye. If you’re on the MS Gulf Coast and you desire locally and internationally sourced ingredients created by 5 star chefs, it’s a MUST!! 10/10!!!!

    Each visit to Vestige is an experience. It is by far our favorite Gulf Coast restaurant with recognition from James Beard. The service is perfection with the same 2 individuals each time who explain the courses as they serve them. We value you aspect as there are no off nights, always the same excellent service. The food is asian/southern fusion and next level! We have favorite restaurants all over and this type of experience is always 2 to 3 times in costs for similar level food. We feel like it's an amazing value and always bring some home to enjoy the next day. *Reservations required.

    Vestige was incredible. From the service to the food - absolutely incredible. We loved every bite. Every course was unique and delicious. My tastebuds count keep up , mind blown. The A9 Waygu encircled in cherry reduction was truly one of the stars but so was the chilled candy korn and shrimp dish with dumplings. Truly, Vestige is taking culinary genius to the next level.
