Standing out like a fresh tattoo on a burly forearm, The Vault Restaurant serves mouth-watering martinis, delicious wines and fabulous food including Steaks, fresh Seafoods and gourmet Pastas. For those of you craving something casual we also have Burgers, Tacos and a fun kids menu.

Once inside, you will be greeted by an eclectic, lively room, a diverse menu and tantalizing cocktails, including “the best Caesar in town.” First built in 1948, The Vault retains many of its original features, including the concrete bank vault.

Outside the private vault, guests are seated in the restaurant’s lounge or dining room, surrounded by an eclectic décor, including bicycle frames, ornate mirrors and a tiki lounge! The funky style combined with live jazz or blues music and you’ve got yourself a hip and quirky restaurant, with a cool, laissez-faire vibe. The Vault’s diverse menu features Northwest cuisine, offering dishes that are simple, yet rich in flavour.

    Overall a great night out! It was chilly, could have used the fireplace being on. The appies on the dine out menu were so so, but all our mains were great! Service was great!!

    Jaymie made our experience wonderful. The restaurant was a little chilly but it was a snowy night and not a lot of other diners were in the restaurant to warm up the large space, so I don't blame them. Food was great with many excellent choices but the service is what really made the night a excellent evening.

    Vault has always been great and continues to be great. Make sure to check out the other restaurants under the same group; Hawthornes and the Washing ton Avenue Grill. They are also really good.

    We had a lovely dinner with friends. As always, service was very good and the food was delicious. My only complaint is that it was very cold in the restaurant. Small complaint for a lovely evening.

    The food was amazing! The severs were really hustling as it was quite busy. Very friendly staff and made us feel really welcome. We will be back!

    Last evening we went to The Vault to use my Birthday coupon. We were very disappointed as our entrees arrived when we had only half eaten our salads. We had to juggle the plates on the small table. Our entrees were lukewarm. The big lumps of mashed potatoes were cold and I had raw carrots, not cooked. We have been going to The Pacific North West Restaurants for over 15 years so we were surprised at the poor quality of our dinners.
