Lovely "parklet" dining - Trek deck, live plants in planters, string lights and hanging lamps and shade cloth. I hope it stays forever (one good thing about the Pandemic Times). Spacing is good - we're vaccinated but precautions were still in place and adhered to. No worries there.
The food was perfection. It's always perfection. Excellent service. Can't go wrong, but be sure you book in advance as they're busy!

My husband and I dined here on our 1st evening in Healdsburg. Our meal and our waiter Alfredo were outstanding. My husband had the scallops appetizer and Porterhouse Pork for his main meal. I had the celery, beet and shrimp,soup appetizer & the Alaskan Halibut for for main entree. For dessert we split the Not a Snickers Bar. Everything was very tasty and well prepared. Can’t wait to go back when we are in town.

The food was full of nicely blended flavors. The NY steak was great and the pork porterhouse was terrific. The scallops under a tasty crust. The Sonoma salad with goat cheese was delicious. The bursts salad with pickled strawberries was phenomenal. Great chef and severs. Go!

Second time dining here and it did not disappointment. Amazing service (it was our anniversary and they gave us a hand written card to celebrate), fun tasting menu (the hubby and I had several different plates for each course so what was a 6 course tasting menu really felt like it was a 10 course tasting menu.) We left very full and happy!
Eating inside was nice. Also nice seeing others so enjoy a wonderful meal with friends and attentive service. The service included chef/owners checking in with us on how the meal was. Always a special evening when dining at Valette. The scallops in croute are a must! Fantastic flavor, plump scallops and amazing sauce. We also enjoyed the Sonoma Salad and the Halibut is always cooked perfectly! Highly recommend.

One of my all time favorite meals. We went when in town visiting and were so impressed by both the quality of the food and the service. It is upscale without being stuffy and while not cheap by an stretch of the imagination it is fairly priced for what you get. Day boat scallops are to die for, as is the beef tartare and the green tea cookies with grapefruit buttercream. Beautiful patio with excellent heaters and well spaced to accommodate for COVID, we are very cautious and felt very comfortable. Highly recommended.

This was our first dine-in eating experience since Covid so we were excited to return to Valette and try their menu offerings. Food was very good and good portions with the entrees. Service was above board. Wine pairing at server's recommendations were great.
