We will showcase what the region has to offer by focusing on the amazing network of farmers and artisan producers in the area. The relationships we have formed with our purveyors have given us the opportunity to work with what is available while providing the flexibility of changing our menu weekly.

The location is easy to find - right off the Healdsburg Square. Each dish is a thoughtful celebration of Sonoma’s seasonal bounty, crafted with precision and imagination. From the steak to the tuna tartare to the jam and bread dessert - truly fantastic! Equally impressive is the service: warm, knowledgeable, and gracious.     Warm Healdsburg evening + Valette = perfection. We sat on the patio and had an absolutely lovely experience. The setting was charming, but what truly stood out was the service—our server was friendly, knowledgeable, and made us feel genuinely welcome. His energy made us want to come back before we even finished our meal. And the food? Outstanding. Beautifully executed dishes with bold, balanced flavors. A must-visit in Sonoma County!

    We had a very pleasant experience at Vallette. The steak tartare and mussels to start were amazing and our dinners were cooked perfectly. Will definitely go back again!

    We picked Valette for my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary and it did not disappoint! They made it such a special occasion and went above and beyond. I highly recommend!
