Urban Grub is a casual fine dining bar and eatery located in a renovated carwash in Nashville’s iconic 12 South district.

The design of the restaurant features a rustic elegance, filled with custom woodwork, stone fireplaces and rounded booths tucked in intimate corners. Urban Grub offers both indoor and outdoor seating with a combination of the two in the beer garden, accompanied a view of the restaurant’s meat curing room, as well as a covered gazebo for larger parties.

From the inviting indoor-outdoor atmosphere to the elevated Southern cuisine of fresh seafood, house-made charcuterie, and prime dry-aged steaks, the experience is unforgettable.

                                                                                                      Excellent service. Good servings and everything was good. The dry aged NY was cool to perfection at the ordered temperature. The Halibut was season perfectly but was a bit overcooked which affected the flaky texture. The crab beignets were delicious and the hidden gem is the tasty cheese bread WOW.

                                                                                                      Lovely sourced seafood and fish. Steak and wine pairings were wonderful. You can tell it is a come and see us many times as the menu is large. Only complaint was we felt rushed through the meal and then out the door. Other than that - it was a good.

                                                                                                      Food was excellent. Avery was our server and we could not have had better service. She was friendly and professional. A bit noisy but worth. Reservations are the way to go.

Food is still so good and definitely a great environment to enjoy a date night. Anida made our birthday dinner enjoyable. Pricing (like everywhere) has climbed a lot quicker than other places (3 stars for value).
