We are from out of town and ate at the union prior to going to a Twins game. Food and service was great! Awesome city views from the rooftop
Love the rooftop seating, I would definitely dine here again, little spendy and our server wasn't very attentive but overall excellent place to have a nice dinner or drinks.
No respect to patrons
After departing, within minutes asked to renter I was denied based on not allowing patrons Bach at rooftop
The perfect Birthday Brunch! My mom, fiance and I had the best time with a DJ and bottomless mimosas.
Fun brunch place and a great DJ, the food was very good. The staff did not come around much but we had no issues with our orders and he split checks proactively which was good. Then was a hidden surcharge in the check but may a lot of Minneapolis restaurants do this and it is standard practice.
The venue was in direct sunlight the entire brunch; it was very hot and got sunburned. I did not realize it would be in direct sunlight the entire time or I would have brought sunblock and/or hats or lighter garments.
All in all it was a good time.
Our waitress Sandra was wonderful! Big props to her!!! Hope she had a treat yo self day! 10 outta 10. Emily the Boss lady took care of us. Super chill vibes and DJ was bumping.
11am Sunday brunch, menu posted on door was not up to date and they started playing loud vulgar music while trying to have a family meal.
Poor communication, server was not informed that she had received our table so we had about a 15 min delay. We only had a 15 min window from when we sat down to order any food items. The cocktails were subpar. Some of the food selections my table mates were exceptionally happy with, others found theirs to be too salty or undercooked. I think the greatest appeal is the rooftop seating and the atmosphere. But aside from that, there is little to desire.
Went for my anniversary and the views from the rooftop were pretty cool. The food there seems amazing, I got the Cajun chicken alfredo and it was absolutely delicious! The noise isn’t too loud but it is downtown so you’ll hear music around the area. Super cute and nice for a date though! Our server just didn’t seem like she was there with us. Something was a little off so not the best serving experience but overall still great food.
Eh. Service wasn’t great. I honestly felt like our waiter was avoiding us. Unfortunate. Especially after they called me to reschedule reservations twice to accommodate others.
Can’t beat the location. But it was really loud and crowded. Server was really nice bit like so many spots in Minneapolis they were understaffed and had not returned to a full menu. Great wait staff though.
The food is good, the place is ok and the service is a little bit slow, but overall is a good place to have a dinner!
We enjoyed our meal and the view! Perfect spot for dinner and drinks. Our server Matt was very attentive and friendly. We would definitely come here again when we’re in town!
Service was so-so but the food was definitely below average.
The restaurant was very dirty and the food was stale and tasted awful.
Our server Zach was amazing!!! Bottomless mimosas were delicious and the vibe was definitely it🤞🏽
Our waiter was very articulate and took care of our needs. The music was great and the people were nice.
Could have had more reasonable pricing. I had 9pm reservations at 10 restaurant said we had to leave due to private event so my dinner was cut short. That was disappointing. I feel the restaurant should have notified me in advance or even once I got there that there will be an event accuring so I can decide if I wanted to stay instead of feeling rushed. Couldn't even order dessert
Amazing as always. If you go there definitely try their many flavors of lemonade!
The tables were to close for the roof top. The music was good and the server was alright.
The service was excellent and the food never disappoints. Will definitely be returning again soon.
The food was amazing. The best steak that my Fiancé and I have ever had. The sever was great an attentive. What we didn’t know is that the restaurant turns into a roof top club at 10:00. Mind you we had a 9:00 reservation. But our server was great at moving us so that we could take our time eating. The VIP club staff were rude. They stud behind us talking loud about other staff and vaping. But not even that could take away from the great food and Beautiful view. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone just go a little early.
Food is nasty. Our waiter was so nice and quick with service.
Great setting. Great food and service. Would definitely go back.
Our server was absolutely amazing and made the night so much fun!
When we got to the restaurant we stood at the host table for a while. There were 2 or 3 tables with people at them, but no waiters around. The bartenders looked at us and the group in front even asked if its a seat your self. We waited and finally a girl came to seat us. Although, she sat our table of 5, right next to another table of 6, Within about 3 inches of each other. There were many tables available, and not many people there. They could have put our table a bit farther from the only other big group in the room. Otherwise food was good, waiter was great, and the mimosas worked well.
Very good food! Drinks are a little pricey but it was also the best mango mojito I’ve ever had!
We booked a reservation for 8:45 on OpenTable. When we got there we were informed that they had not even seated reservations made for 8:15. With already being hungry we agreed to sit at the bar while we wait. We told the hostess that we will be sitting at the bar and when our table was ready to come get us. We stayed until 10pm (when the kitchen closes) and they never got us, or even told us how now its too late because the kitchen was closed, and no apology!
The atmosphere was okay, it was very loud and crowded, definitely not as elegant as the pictures show. It was also very hot, and loud, and hardly any lighting.
We will not be coming here again.
I thought that the point of making a reservation was to ensure a seat at the time of the reservation, we were seated 30 minutes after our reservation and only because we chose to sit at the bar instead of a table.
Food is disaster, we ordered chicken wings and cheese curds. Cheese curds full of oil..
This was eh, okay. Not the place for a date night. We only had apps because everything was pretty high priced. We want to try and come back for brunch because it seems people have a better experience then.
The food was worth the wait. Best truffle fries I've ever had and the cocktails we tried were great. Service was a little slow, but attentive and the view of the skyline is lovely.
Great rooftop setting. Our server was great and took the time to work through our questions. Food was OK not great.
It was a good time.
Had a great time. Wonderful place and will definitely come back
During our meal, the general manager took a manager into the cooler and screamed at him for about five minutes. The entire rooftop could hear her ripping this man apart. It was awkward, embarrassing and unsettling. After the altercation, you could tell the entire staff was tense and overworked. We were asked 35 minutes after sitting down if we wanted a to go box, we had our food for maybe 10 minutes at this point. Overall, weird vibes.
It was a great place, worth the views of the city.
Got placed right by their DJ. Couldn’t hear anything so talking and catching up with friends wasn’t much of an option. Drinks were good and food was alright. Service was really not amazing - ended up waiting an extra thirty minutes after being done eating waiting for our server to reappear on the floor and try acknowledging our table. Would come back if I planned to come to drink heavily. If you are planning to stay sober and have a nice meal this may not be the place for you.
My mom requested a rooftop brunch and I suggested Union.
We had an extra person attend our reservation and they were super accommodating!
The food is usually better the seasoning just wasn’t there. Service was okay. Our server only came to our table twice in our 90 minute reservation. It wasn’t that busy but there was a large party so I guess that had all their attention. The food was kind of cold when it came out but that’s because she didn’t bring our food.
Overall it was just okay I would go there again but it wouldn’t be my first choice.
